SDAR overcharged me, and it has taken months, and months for them to respond to my and my broker’s emails. Good luck ever getting a refund from these people. Terrible customer service.

Yikes! I applied for a job opening here and confirmed a phone interview but they never called me at the scheduled time or even sent an email indicating why they missed the phone interview. Even a simple email indicating they filled the position would have been professional.
I can’t imagine the level of professionalism at a business like this… if this is how they treat a job candidate, I wonder how they treat their customers or members?

Why should I have to pay approx $ 800 to NOT be a member? Beyond ridiculous.
Because I have need for the mls & zip forms, they make you pay to belong to a bunch of other bs clubs that have no relevance. If I had the OPTION to pay for clubs I want to be in, that would be a different story. But i dont.
I get a freakin magazine that i dont even want. A waste of a tree.
I have to PAY, to have access to PURCHASE zip forms. WTF!!!
I just paid $ 150 in MLS dues online, and when I get to check out, they have the total as approx $ 200+ for various «donations». I had to manually go through and uncheck each one. They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING.
I cannot say enough about my disappointment with this entire system.

A hidden spot, but a Realtor needs this store to buy essential items.
I purchased an additional sentrilock lockbox and they also sell other items like forms, signs, lockboxes, etc.
Wasn’t too busy and there was free coffee and tea available.
