For the price, id say this place is pretty decent. We ordered the ramen, crunchy roll, and beef bowl. It was only $ 20 dollars for all three. Portions were medium sized. They threw in free edamame! They have a large menu with both korean and japanese food.

I went with sushi and ramen. I can’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had but the price was pretty inexpensive. If you’re looking for an inexpensive sushi meal, come here. Food: tonkotsu ramen wasn’t that great but the sushi was pretty good. Service: fast and quick Ambience: quiet and relaxing Price: inexpensive

I live In the area so decided to check out this spot. In the same shopping center as HMART so in the heart of Mira Mesa. Love the ambience of this sushi place! There is no sushi bar here so it’s a bit different than most sushi spots, but I believe it’s fusion restaurant so totally makes sense! We ordered the ex-boyfriend and Chuck Norris roll, both so delicious! The service was fast and the workers are all very friendly! Would definitely recommend this place.

I had a sushi craving while I was visiting a buddy in Mira Mesa. He recommended this restaurant to me because he said he and his wife love going here, especially for the all you can eat on certain days. I got the sweet and spicy karaage wings which were awesome. Then I got the GoGo roll and kaboom, which was so delicious that I ordered the kaboom to go for my girlfriend since she loves jalapeños. Definitely will be coming back here when I’m in the area.

This is one of the few sushi restaurants in Mira Mesa, and is probably one of the better ones in Mira Mesa. That being said, compared to the rest of San Diego, it falls somewhat short compared to those places off of Convoy. When I last went, I ordered the bento box lunch special which was a pretty good deal at only about $ 7. I also ordered a salmon nigiri. They gave me complimentary edamame which was pretty cool, and I guess is their version of bread before the meal. The bento box was decent, and came with a salad, 4 pieces of California roll, assorted vegetable tempura, chicken teriyaki, and rice. The teriyaki was nothing too amazing, and the chicken was a bit dry. The salad tasted fresh and the sushi was pretty good. Considering the price, this is a really good deal. In terms of customer service, I was seated promptly, but the place was pretty empty at the time so I that wouldn’t have been an issue. The lady serving me seemed a bit rushed but still smiled. Nothing too bad, nothing too good either. Overall, if you’d like some sushi and don’t have the time to go down to Kearny Mesa, this place is a good choice for sushi but not the best I’ve ever had.

I’d been craving mabo ramen and then we came here… I left still craving mabo ramen. It was just terrible. Save your dollars and go to Kearney Mesa

We both ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box. When it was served the chicken was cold. Had to flag down the one and only server in the place to let her know. She then takes away the boxes one at a time and brings them back with the chicken scooped out! Eventually she brings back the chicken on a small plate. It is still not hot! She never came back to check on us. In fact it seemed like she was trying to avoid us walking past several times and looking the other way. Won’t be going back. They need to hire additional help. Plus it was freezing in there. Never took off my jacket or scarf. Geez put the heat on and make customers comfortable!

All you can eat sushi for $ 22.50, decent price. Sushi was ok but SERVERWASRUDE. I had a little piece of rice left on my plate and she said she wanted to charge me for it, really?! She also took our plates away that we were still working on. I will never come here again. Save your money & dont waste your time eating at this place people!!!

Just found out that they deliver. Taking lazy to a whole new level and ordering sushi and ramen ASAP! Love the Miso Ramen here and the Chuck Norris roll. Every time my mother visits from the East Coast, she insists that we come here straight from the airport.

This place is ok, not great. If you want sushi or a bento box in a pinch this is your place. There are better sushi places in Mira Mesa and Scripps Ranch. The miso soup is good, the salad was good but overdressed. The mapo barely had any pork or tofu in it, mostly sauce. The katsu was overfried, so the meat was chewy. The bento box was pretty good. The tempura was fried like it should be. All in all, I wouldn’t go here again, I’d rather go to Chopstix on Convoy.

Go Go Sushi is the perfect place to come when you need a quick sushi fix. I live in the area and have been here a few times. The location is pretty small but never gets too crowded. The service is always great and the wait time for food isn’t bad. The parking lot is always busy since the restaurant is located in a big shopping center. Some of my favorites are below: –Spicy tuna hand roll(perfect ratio of rice to tuna) –Baked mussels(a must try if you love mussels) –Stuffed mushrooms(try if you’re looking for something new) –Double double roll(delicious) The casual atmosphere and friendly staff make Go Go Sushi a place I don’t mind coming back to every now and then. If you try it hope you enjoy!

Tried several different rolls, ramen, and today I am having the Korean soft tofu soup. Amazing! Great place for pick up, nice place to eat. My grandpa loves to come here every time we are in the area.

We had a good time at this small peaceful place! Got Edamame in complimentary, then ginger wasabi came with small cucumber seaweed salad. The price is acceptable! Good food and good service!

I ordered an eel roll to go which came with a bite of seaweed salad. It was pretty average. For $ 7, you can get better sushi elsewhere. The staff seemed friendly though. If you come on Monday or Tuesday, they have all-you-can-eat sushi for $ 23 which seems decent.

Sushi here is great! You have to try the chuck Norris it’s great! They have complimentary edamame. It’s a small and quaint place. Servers are nice and I love the music they play there. Parking is bad though because of the H-Mart. Good luck finding parking on weekends.

The food was ok! I got the Bulgogi bento box($ 11) and my date got the spicy ramen($ 7 or $ 8, I forgot). I haven’t got much to say for this restaurant. The prices here aren’t bad but the food was mediocre and just ok. Nothing stood out to me as amazing but nothing was bad. Overall the experience was pretty satisfactory!

Go go sushi should only be go sushi… Sorry to say. The food was so so but the service was decent. I tried a sashimi entrée that was ok and didn’t seem to fresh. The miso soup didn’t have any tofu and the salad was wilted. Tried the Chuck Norris and it didn’t kick anyone’s ass. I’m not picky and usually give places a chance — I don’t think I’ll come back.

Went last night with party 8, including 3 kids. We came in around 6ish & they were accommodating and put two tables together. I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl w/brown rice & a merlot. Hubby got ramen, my bro ordered sushi and sis in law ordered 2 bento boxes. One with chicken katsu and the other with teriyaki chicken sauce on the side. I was the last to get my chicken teriyaki bowl. I don’t know why it took so long to make something simple. I ended up eating some of my hubby ramen, while I waited. We probably will return just the two of us. But if you come with a big party, expect a wait.
