G Delivery

This was my first time using G-​Delivery. I recently fractured my ankle and discovered this delivery service by word of mouth, which sounded way too good to be true. I was craving Adobada fries from Rigoberto’s so I submitted my order online (which still needs some web design work) but then I got a call back telling me they already had someone at Vallarta’s and told me I would get a faster delivery if I just ordered from there. Already feeling hungry, I agreed but it took almost an hour since I got their text message about my food being ordered to reach me. Soo, I’m used to pizza deliveries taking roughly 30min so that felt way too long. My main concern was that «Maann, my food is going to be cold and the fries are going to get all hard and get that stale texture,» which it did. You guys should pimp your rides and invest in a little heating device to keep food warm, because it really was a disappointment. You guys seem like y’all are still starting up and need a lot of work to compete with other delivery services, best of luck!

The following day I received a phone call from G-​Delivery Customer Service. They apologized and generously offered me THREE free G-​Delivery services. I get a good vibe from the staff. They seem very hardworking, friendly and seem to really care about their customer’s satisfaction. These were some of my reasons to give this service a try in the first place. I mean, what other delivery service will go out of their way to buy and deliver your groceries to your front door? I will definitely give that a try! :)

I have been using G-​Delivery for a while and it has been a great experience every time I have used it. Being a college student who is often tired of campus food and wants something different, G-​Delivery happens to be the perfect service for ordering actual food and more. The delivery is usually fast and the choices of place to order from isn’t limited compared to other delivery services that only deliver from certain partnered places. The delivery prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and use myself again.

G-​Deliver is great, I will definitely be using them again! I had a little bit of trouble ordering my food, the driver actually got to the location to pick up my food before I even ordered it (which was a fault on my part). The driver was extremely patient and did not mind that he had to wait for the food to be made. It was very fast and easy. Really convenient for college students!

I usually only write reviews for restaurants and services that I’ve had above and beyond experiences with. And G delivery is definitely one of them!
I was being a little difficult (couldn’t use my card today) but they were so understanding, accommodating AND punctual! (THANK YOU AUSTIN!) They’ve gained a new loyal customer! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great customer service! Called to confirm order and confirm delivery address. Texted to let me know when my food was being picked up and delivered.
I will definitely be using their services again.

The service was fast and friendly. Very professional, I work at Old Town Inn my co-​worker and I didn’t feel like going to pick up our lunch so we can both have a good lunch break without having to rush to pick up our food. We called G-​Delivery and they were prompted we will defiantly be using them again! :D

G is the best delivery in San Diego! If you can’t get access to a car to grab a bite, this is the best way to get food delivered right to your front door. The drivers were extremely friendly and helpful, and the online ordering system worked without a hitch.
Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future!

Austin delivered five guys to my apartment door in about 20 minutes after ordering. Super awesome dude. I’ve used them for anything from food delivery to groceries.
