absolutely horrible! dead roses, unopened lillys, no filler, and the vase was a cheap walmart vase, not as advertised at all! requested a partial refund and they didn’t process it after they agreed to! never order from them

All they do is take a good portion of the money you are spending and then send the rest to a local flower shop who delivers your much smaller than anticipated arrangement. Our case involved a funeral where several families pitched in to buy a $ 100 flower arrangement to be delivered to the funeral service. The arrangement arrived and it was so small and pathetic, it looked like a small $ 15 flower bunch you would pick up at 7⁄11. We were so embarrassed! We called to complain and get our money back and the pathetic customer service response was I was on the phone for 45 minutes with 3 successive escalating managers and all I got was $ 26 back… what a joke!!! Now my mission is to lose them thousands of dollars in customer business by informing everyone about how horrible their service is and to buy their flowers directly from a local shop, so you get your money’s worth!

Wish I had read this before using this service. They sent my flowers without the card I order and delivered them late. On top of that I called and complained and told them not to send anything late… and of course they went ahead and did it even after I explicitly said not too! Do not use this florist!

I ordered the FTD«Giving Thanks» bouquet to be delivered to my daughter-in-law the day before her Thanksgiving party. I ordered a $ 50.00(on sale) bouquet of fall flowers, and paid an additional service charge of $ 19.00. The flowers were delivered on the said day, but not the flowers I ordered. My daughter-in-law received what looked like a Valentine’s Day bouquet. She texted me a photo. Two red roses, two pink astroemeria, three white/purple daisies, and lots of filler greens. When I called customer service, I was informed that there was no way to get the correct bouquet delivered in time. They offered to have it delivered the day after Thanksgiving. I finally settled for a partial refund. Then FTD said that someone would go and pick up the red and pink bouquet. Are you kidding me? I said, «No. They won’t.» I wish FTD could divulge the name of the florist they used, because I would give them a piece of my mind. According to the multiple apologies offered by the customer service, FTD considers this an «inconvenience.»

Do Not Order from this place. Need to have a ZERO stars option. I ordered flowers for my grandmother to be delivered on Mothers Day. The flowers were never delivered and I was not even notified. I called and some customer service employee told me that I would receive a refund and in addition they would send the flowers to make up for their mistake. However, they DIDNOT send the flowers so I called back and another customer service employee tells me they do not offer to still send flowers. Well that’s not what I was told last time I called! Get all of your employees trained on proper procedure! These people obviously do not value their customers.

Stay away from this service! Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered mothers day flowers online, the day before Mothers Day. Sure, that was a mistake ordering so late, but the website said they would be able to deliver on Mothers Day, which is why I chose to use their service. Of course the flowers were not delivered, and they did not call me until late afternoon to inform me that they would not be able to deliver them until the following day. It was terrible because my mom was not feeling well and it would have cheered her up. The next day again no flowers! I call in the afternoon and they inform me that none of the florists they use have the flowers I wanted so they could not deliver it. Why didnt they tell me that the day before?! At this point I cancelled the order. So stay away if you need something on time or even a couple days after«on time».

Worse flower shop online EVER! Made an order 2 weeks prior to Valentines Day. With a groupon offer. However, the offer didn’t even help. Shipping was very expensive. The flowers arrived on time BUT it was not what I ordered. How can you mess up an order that was placed 2 weeks prior to delivery? Called and they tried saying they will resend, but what was the point. I was already headed out to dinner and will not wait for something that they do not even have in stock anymore. SO I demanded my full refund back. Good thing I payed via PayPal. Will never ever order from here again.
