I cancelled my appointment with this company before they even arrived so I cannot comment on their work. When I called in the person I spoke with told me the entire day was available. I chose the 12 – 2 slot. At 11:00 am I get a call from the company telling me the don’t do calls in San Diego on Saturdays because of the traffic. They wanted to change my appointment at the last minute to Monday or try to come from 5 – 7 tonight. We already had plans this evening and I specifically made an appt for Saturday, not Monday. My husband wanted to talk to them about building us some computers. When I told them I did not want to reschedule they told me they would just leave the 12 – 2 appt time. They never said they would be late or not show up. By 2:20 I had not heard a thing from anyone. This is horrible customer service and when I called in to find out what was going on they acted as if they could «try» and call the tech to find out where he was but it didn’t sound promising. They didn’t even ask me my name or even confirm my information. When I asked him if he knew who I was he said all your info is pulled up from your phone when you call in. At 12:15 I got an automated email thanking me for using their company and to leave some feedback. Funny how when I clicked on the link it gave me an error and said my booking # didn’t exist and this was all before I even called to cancel my appt. I wish others better luck than I had.
