I had such a positive experience training with Andrew. As a person who has tried to stay healthy and fit I am in the gym 5 times a week on my own but when I got the opportunity to learn more from Andrew it’s helped me in so many ways. His organization is impeccable. I was shocked when the day after my first work out with him I was emailed sheets with goals month to month and works out plans for the week. As a person who has a mind that jumps around a lot it really helped me get on a path and stay on track more with my work outs. He also suggested an app to me that kept track of my calories and eating habits, that he would also check and give tips on! His attitude is amazing, exactly what I personally need out of a trainer, someone who can push you to exceed what you mentally think you can do but not in an aggressive manner. He mixes stuff up so you don’t get board but also keeps you doing routines so when your not working out with him it’s easy for you to maintain on your own. I lost weight but what I love most was watching my body fat percentage go down! I feel so much better when I leave the gym now! I love looking in the mirror now too and seeing the positive changes happening to my body! I strongly suggest you so do a session with Andrew and right away you’ll be hooked! What a difference it made!

I started going to the gym with my boyfriend who was going to train me, but it became more difficult than expected … then came Andrew. Andrew has taught me various routines so I am able to not only work out with him, but know what to do when I am working out on my own. He taught me the importance of form, which I did not have before. I received an excel spreadsheet that told me what exercises to do, how many reps, and at what weight. He looks over what I eat, which is helpful as I was never one to look at anything but calories. Andrew has changed the way I feel about going to the gym and has made me less self-conscious working out with weights and strength training. We also do a little boxing! If you need a trainer, there is no one better than Andrew!
