I was staying at the Hyatt and needed to ship something that I needed to get delivered overnight. I found this office to be very helpful. They had the right size box and helped me get my item packed up and ready to ship. I thought it was a very reasonable price for something I needed to get somewhere overnight. So glad there was an office in the hotel so I didn’t have to go out and try to find a shipper somewhere in the city.

two words. Bait and switch. Because the sign says: 10 buck shipping for items under 10lbs. I know, my items are under 10 lbs. So why did our bill end up to be 65 for 2 items??? No disclosure on cost whatsoever. They charge 6 dollars a box without telling us.
Never go here. That rate gets me shipping to Hawaii with tracking and insurance by USPS. I did not ship to Hawaii. It’s in California.
So do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Or be prepared to get ripped off.
