A bit pricey, but worth it if you want to eat more salads. This is a local subscription-based salad delivery service that starts at $ 10 per salad if you get at least five per week. The salads are big enough to be a small meal, and although it does leave me wanting a bit more quantity, they completely make up for it in quality. These salads are super fresh and tasty. Their ability to eliminate excess moisture really helps to keep everything fresh and crispy for a whole week. My favorites are the Chopped Chinese and Mediterranean(oddly enough, I don’t generally like these at other places). Other great ones are Farro Vegetable and Field & Garden. New customers can get a promo code on their website for a free first week! Delivery days are either Sunday or Monday. Salads come in a compostible container.

Im hooked on Farmers Fix! The salads are amazing and the customer service is top notch. Being a new mom who is returning to work leaves me very little time to make my own salads, let alone shop for the ingredients. Having fresh salads delivered to my door helps me maintain a healthy diet and saves me time, which is precious! The price is a little steep but so worth it for the convenience and freshness. I agree with a previous reviewer that it would be nice to see family size salads in the future. Thanks for helping me stay healthy Farmers Fix!

Great subscription based meal delivery in SD. You order during the week and it is delivered to you on Sunday or Monday. Salads are prepared day of so stayed super fresh in the fridge for the whole week. Some are lighter and some are heavier, the lentil and the quinoa one in particular are super filling. Loved the flavours in the in the lentil one(parmesan, castelvetrano olives, shallots, tarragon) and all the fresh herbs in the quinoa one. As far lighter options go the Chinese Chopped Chicken has a great dressing and is perfect for adding some leftover soba noodles or chicken too. The Greek salad is a good in between with all the classics(olives, feta, tomatoes, pepperoncinis, etc.) as well as the addition of pistachios which went really well with the salad. Basically very handy for working professionals/otherwise busy people-with-stuff-to-do that want to eat healthy but don’t have time for extensive meal prepping. Was especially helpful for bringing to work for lunch as you essentially get a fridge stocked with healthy meals ready to go whenever. ***Bonus points for the compostable packaging :)))))

I love farmers fix. As a full time student, I don’t have much time to plan what to eat, and so before I found Farmer’s Fix, I just ate something quick and very unhealthy like cheese quesadillas everyday. Once I found farmers fix they solved my unhealthy eating issue! I love having the salads delivered to me without me even having to think about it and they are so delicious. It’s better than any salad I’ve bought at a grocery store or even tried to make myself. They are seriously awesome. I ate the chopped Chinese salad for lunch today and it was amazing! I highly recommend

Farmer’s Fix offers freshly made salad with local, healthy ingredients. They have quite a selection of filling, delicious salads, and ordering was very simple. Just go on the website, pick the salads that sound good, pick a delivery date, and you’re all set! Soon, this eco-friendly green bag will arrive on your doorstep, with fresh salads for the week. The salads were great! I chose for this review to try the Quetzalcoatl Quinoa, Greek, and Southwest. All of them were very satisfying, and conveniently packaged to take to work or to eat at home. The Greek was my favorite, mainly because I love, love lemon vinaigrette dressings, and the dressing was so tasty. Tangy with the taste of the lemons and garlic, it was a perfect topping for the greens, feta cheese, and kalamata olive. The pistachios added a perfect protein crunch. The Southwest salad was also wonderful; chock full of black beans and chickpeas, the legumes provided the protein necessary to make a very filling salad. I loved the dressing with this salad, which was a spicy, tangy chipotle lime. The quinoa salad was the most filling of all, thanks to the red quinoa supplying a heavy amount of protein and grain. The dressing was a champagne vinaigrette, but was not even necessary due to the flavorful ingredients. I really liked the service, and I love, love the environmentally conscious packaging!

Farmer’s Fix is a subscription-based salad delivery service. You can choose from 8 different salads, and they get delivered on a Sunday or Monday to your home or office. I tried four salads: Chopped Chinese, Field and Garden, Southwest, and Tarragon Lentil. All four were really wonderful, with the Chopped Chinese salad being my favorite. The ingredients are fresh and high quality, and the delicious dressings really bring the flavors together!(By the way, if you’re a fan of olives, the olives that are used in the salads that I’ve tried are AWESOME.) These salads are perfect for those seeking a healthy and convenient lunch(or dinner!) option. They keep really well in the fridge — the veggies stayed crisp and fresh all through the week. I was really happy with them and would definitely order again.

Farrmer’s Fix is a new company that delivers freshly made salads to your door(or work door). We tried them out the day after Superbowl. They make eight different salads that come in a 24oz compostable container and delivers on a Sunday or Monday. I placed the order I think by a Wednesday to ensure a Sunday delivery. Ordering is easy as it’s done online. Salads are $ 10/each if you order more than five per week. The salads are well chilled in the insulated bag. An ice pack is also inside the green bag to help keep the salads nice and cold. We tried: CHOPPEDCHINESE(With sweet chili dressing): — The dressing and sesame sticks are inside the salad but are in their own separate containers. I thought the dressing wouldn’t be enough but it was for this portion size(and probably a good thing for calories too). The salad tasted light, crunchy, and refreshing. I have to admit that I craved for diced chicken in this Chopped Chinese salad though. FARROVEGETABLE: — This was a favorite as there was a saltiness(from olives) and slight bitterness that was balanced out by the fluffy farro. TARRAGONLENTIL(With sherry vinaigrette dressing): — The shallots and green olives worked well in this salad. The lentils were a bit squeaky FIELDANDGARDEN(With lemon oregano vinaigrette dressing): — The Field and Garden was another nice salad as there was so much going on in it. The olives were good, carrots gave it a nice crunch, and the scallions gave it a distinctive onion punch. SOUTHWEST(With chipotle lime dressing): — The black beans were better tasting than the lentils in a previous salad. Poblano peppers added a nice heat. The cilantro tied in the Southwest feel and taste to this salad. We were impressed how fresh the salads stayed for over a week in the refrigerator. The convenience value was great but the paying value would be steep for those who can get salads elsewhere on their own. The ingredients used at Farmer’s Fix were top quality and tasted quite fresh. A protein option(chicken, salmon, etc) would be nice in the future as well. Overall, we enjoyed Farmer’s Fix and would order from them again in the future.

This is what I’ve been looking for for years: a perfectly packaged, healthy, convenient lunch to take to work every day! And most importantly, they are seriously delicious. My favorites are the Field & Garden and Tarragon Lentil for more filling options, and the Autumn Baby Spinach and Chinese Chop for lighter options… I could drink that sweet chili dressing with a straw it’s so good! Brought to my door every week, I don’t have to think about it, I know my lunches are taken care of. Setting up my subscription for my Farmer’s Fix deliveries was such an easy way to make a healthy change to my eating habits. I can’t wait to see what new flavors they roll out in the months to come!

I love this idea but better yet I love the food! Salads delivered to my office each week and they are really tasty and filling. My favorites so far are the Tarragon Lentil(best dressing) and Southwest. Some of the vegetables I wouldn’t normally choose, but I found with the mix and the dressings they tasted great. And everything was super fresh. This lunch left me feeling energetic and healthy and I can’t wait to get my weekly delivery!
