This place has comparable and possibly even better prices than most dry cleaners in the area. It’s usually a quick turn-around time. Definitely go on their website before your visit in case you can use one of the coupons on there.

Friendly service and great turn around for my husbands work pants. I also, got a brochure about preserving my wedding dress and the price seemed reasonable. I’ll update my review if I use the service.

Great customer service. I’m always greeted with a smile. Their turnaround is quick and they always do a great job. No complaints here. I will always be a loyal Fairlane Cleaner customer.

Love this place. I print out the coupons from their website and use them every time I bring clothes in to get dry cleaned. You do have to pre-pay, which I don’t mind at all. The turn around time for getting your clothes back is very quick. If you live or work in San Carlos, I highly recommend this place.

They do a good job. They always have a coupon every two weeks in the local mailer which helps.

I’ve taken several articles here for both repair and dry cleaning and pressing. Overall I’ve been pretty happy. The staff is always kind and helpful. I have had one or two instances where a mark got left on a sleeve, or a button got broken off but it was remedied. Just took a pair of shorts and a shirt for them to patch/repair holes and they came out fine when I picked them up yesterday. I will still continue to take my business here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner Tom Mullin is such a horrible little man, i will never go here again. i took in a blouse to be dry cleaned(per the tag) 2 months ago, when they ruined it — because they admitted to laundering it instead of dry cleaning it) they said they’d try to fix it. Then they said they couldn’t fix it. The owner spent 2 months avoiding me and my calls, and never made the attempt to contact me despite his staff swearing up and down that he would. When I finally found him in his shop, I started asking how it was possible for the blouse to have been cleaned by them previously without a problem, and this time the ellaborate pleated/ruffled collar was ruined and ironed out and flattened. He said that he had no idea, and didn’t know what else they could have done differently. When i told him I thought that they were professionals and this was their expertise, he told me I was full of **** and proceeded to tell me that I was«so stupid» and that my brain wasn’t working properly. Do yourself a favor and never go here again.

They have coupons in Valu-Pack or other weekly mailers. So, it ends up costing less than $ 2 per item for dry cleaning. They are open on Saturdays. I find my stuff actually gets cleaned compared to University Cleaners(on Mission Gorge, near the Von’s) or San Carlos Cleaners(on Jackson, near the Kiel’s). They also recycle wire hangers. Only bad thing is that there is little parking with Cotija’s and the Jewish church on Saturdays.

Generally very good service, well-priced. You must pay in advance or pay extra. The only minor beef I have is they were closed Christmas Eve(if there was a sign, it was posted inside the store behind the counter– the only reason I know is because that’s where their Closed New Year’s sign is) so we didn’t get our nice church clothes.
