Executive Limousine and Sedan

I used this transportation company for a corporate convention function and was a bit overwhelmed as to how to explain my needs. All VIPs, coming in on different flights, needed different types of vehicles for the extracurricular dinners etc.
The person on the phone (Lou) knew immediately what I needed, took the reins and talked me through everything. I was explained the process over the phone and an itinerary and confirmation was e-​mailed right away! The reservations person put me at ease. If you are in an Administrative position… you know what this means!
They tracked all the flights. This had me the most stressed out before even calling them. They put me at ease by telling me they do track all incoming flights for delays or early arrivals. Wheeew! Relief! Not one person was missed and no «glitches».
I had asked for them to call me after every passenger was on-board…after numerous calls from the dispatch center, I realized they had everything under control and requested not to be called. This again took much stress off of me.
All the «in-​between» services provided, went great as well. Sharp dressed courteous chauffeurs and clean vehicles.
The best part… NO accounting glitches after the program was done!
I would definitely use this company again and wish they had multiple locations all over the country as to make my job easy!
