Such an array of amazing surreal art. A nice place to pop in for a few minutes to gaze over quirky works of art while you’re in Gaslamp.
Staff is very knowledgeable and the art and very friendly & approachable. Made me want to proudly display one of Michael Summers’ pieces. One day!

My wife and I attended the Daniel Merriam event last night. She had purchased a print (La Vie en Rose) and wanted to meet the artist and get a personal dedication on the back of the framing. We were excited to see his wife Yulia was there, who was the model for the painting she bought! We met them both and had a nice chat with them, and even got her to sign the dedication as well.
The gallery director Tiffany Mendenhall showed us the piece, and recommended a nice gold frame that will compliment the art and our décor nicely. She showed us another Merriam print (Destiny), which was another one of our favorites and we will definitely call her when we’re ready to purchase it.
Three or four other artists were featured in the gallery, including many beautiful bronzes and glassworks. We had a wonderful time taking in all the elegant and divine art.

Why buy art anywhere else? It’s like having your own gallery. Every time we stroll in we are greeted with a smile. Their artists’ are the best you’ll find with a wide range of styles. We love EC Gallery… They are like family!

Tony Wagner took the time to explain to me the buying and payment process and took extra steps to ensure that special delivery arrangements were made for my purchase of Michael Flohr’s Staccato Rain. The painting was well-​protected, delivered on schedule and was accompanied by all of the related paperwork.

Any place that carries Daniel Merriam originals is awesome in my book. But to have such wonderful service and attention from the manager Tony made the experience that much better. He even follow up with a card in the mail a week later. I will definitely buy from this place as often as I can! Beautiful art, great location, awesome service. A+
