I would like to recommend this store for those who are looking for something exclusive and superior quality. Something you won’t see on show window of big jewelry companies.
I had a classical ring with very good quality diamond but very poor settings — prongs were loose and caught my hair and fabric. I was afraid to lose a diamond. My husband brought me to this store to find a good quality ring with strong settings.
I was amazed with the designs I saw, it is very unique and elegant. Wearing this ring makes me feel very special. Incredible quality and fantastic service. I would like to thank Mr. Toshiaki Hamada and his staff members for this incredible experience in Ehime Perl store.

My review is long overdue. My fiancée and I got my engagement ring from Ehime Pearl. We randomly came across this store while shopping at the mall. They have a new renovated store next to Icing.
Tosh and Tina are the nicest jewelers in the world! They are kind, patient, respectful and knowledgeable about jewelry. They probably spent over 4 hours with us spread over 2 visits before we settled on a ring. I had my ring custom made and it was ready within 2 weeks. I have been getting countless number of compliments about it and people asking who made it. Once in a while I call Tosh to ask him questions and he is always friendly and helpful.
The plan is to get our wedding bands here as well.

After searching for months for the perfect wedding jewelry and not being able to find what I wanted, I wandered into Ehime Pearl. I didn’t have high hopes foremost because I wasn’t really looking for pearl jewelry, but also because I didn’t know if I could afford something from the store — but I was so pleasantly surprised by what I found.
Tosh and his associate welcomed me into the store and were so helpful and low-​pressure. They helped me try on nearly everything in the store to help me find something I liked — but I still couldn’t find something I was in love with, so Tosh recommended something custom.
I was worried about costs, but Tosh made something truly unique and beautiful that fit within my budget. He listened to what I was looking for (a simple, delicate set, using aquamarine stones), and designed something beautiful that was better than I ever could imagine it! And, better yet, he completed the work all within a week so I’d have it in plenty of time for my big day!
I loved working with Tosh and look forward to visiting the shop again for any future jewelry purchases.

Bought my wife’s engagement ring here several years ago when they were at the Fashion Valley mall location. A few years after that we upgraded that ring to a larger diamond at their UTC location. Toshi and Tina are so helpful and very professional. I feel very comfortable browsing their store with out any pressure to buy anything. It’s very relaxed and they encourage us to take as much time as we need deciding what exactly we want and what price range. We’ve been customers for a long time now and this is our goto for jewelry.

My boyfriend wanted to get me a anniversary ring and we happened to stumble across Ehime Pearl after going to Nordstroms. At first we thought all they had in there were just pearls, and as that was not what we were looking for, we almost didnt go in. But I am glad we did! They have along with some lovely pearls, a great selection of diamond and colored rings. I have very petite fingers and they had the perfect little diamond ring with a small band, and it was platinum. They are currently having their holiday sale, so the ring was 40% off which put it right in our price range, and we got a super nice NICE ring for a great price! The gentleman helping us was extremely nice, he knew his stuff! It is family owned and their prices are good (we went to all the other jewelry stores in the mall and all the small diamond rings were more expensive for around the same size and all were NOT platinum. And again, their current sale is a steal. They do not charge ring sizing as well when you purchase.
5 Stars for great quality, price and customer service. Overall enjoyable experience and will return again! I rarely rate somewhere 5 stars!

Got my engagement ring, wedding band, and several pearl necklaces here. Pricing is fair, and the end product is always beautiful. Both Tosh and Tina are extremely dedicated to providing top quality items and educate you about how to care for your jewelry. If you are in the market for any pearl items, you should definitely come here. Although the pearls are more expensive than you would be able to find online or even at places like Na Hoku, the quality is far superior. Tosh only purchases the highest quality pearls, and when you compare them to what you see at other retailers, Tosh’s pearls have better luster and color. Will definitely be back for more items.

The professionalism, knowledgeability, and honesty at Ehime Pearl is absolutely excellent. I bought a Tahitian pearl for myself and a freshwater pearl for my newborn baby cousin!

I have been love with this store since 2000, when i bought what I considered rare THEN: a 9 strand Pinkish, gaurenteed Biwa necklace, at their MV location.
Biwa pearls are uniquely shaped freshwater pearls, from a now closed lake in Japan, prized for their irregularity and incredible depth of color, and of course their rarity.
Biwa was closed in the late 1990’s due over-​harvesting of pearls, and industrial pollution, and the pearls from the lake are increasingly being sold off.
We were in UTC at Williams Sonoma, one of my favorite stores, and saw that Ehime had opened up there, in the old Godiva spot, I think.
Toshi, the owner: a man who I respect highly for his character as a jeweler, and his ability to hire excellent staff, and treat clients with incredible respect, was awesome.
We bought some Akoya studs, and talked for about an hour about some other jewelry. I appreciate that Toshi spent that much time with us, and we are going back in a week or two to build a Biwa necklace. I know what my hourly billing rate is, and the earrings he sold us wouldn’t have offset his time spent with us at half my rate. He is a true Gentleman, and we are glad we came back to Ehime.
I am going to bring him some loose diamonds I picked up several years ago, to build something custom, I can’t wait to see what he can come up with. You need a trustworthy jeweler wth loose diamonds, this guy fits the bill.
They have beautiful giftwrap, and they are super low pressure. Pricing is lower than anyone at the same quality level.
