In December I sold a home to my buyers, during the inspection period the clients asked that I set up an inspection company because they were not from California and haven’t heard of any inspection companies. I called a couple places then called ECS. They were able to get an inspector out the next day for me. Inspector showed up 15 minutes early and was very nice and professional. He completed the inspection and gave my clients and I an overview of his findings. My clients were thrilled. We got our report the next morning and were able to move on with our escrow processs. I would use ECS again as they seem to have very knowledgeable inspectors.

DO NOT do bussiness with this company! I recently hire them to do home inspection. The inspector totally missed that the water heater was leaking. After COE when SDGE came and found out it was leaking for a while and was corroded. And will not turn on the gas due to hazard… So I have to buy a new water heater before I move in. Company management was reached and won’t do anything… So pay a little more and find someone knows what he is doing.
