I own 2 busy Mexican restaurants/​taco shops in San Diego/​Old Town, and I’ve been through a couple different grease trap cleaning companies in the past 4 years. I caught one charging me when they didn’t actually show up. The other I found out was coming more often than they needed to, and basically charging me double as a result. After speaking with the ECO grease pumping owner he advised me on cutting back on service on both my restaurants to twice a month, and gave me a price which was better than the previous companies I used. Because my traps have to be cleaned at odd hours (of which I’m never there) it is nice to have a company that I know I can trust finally. Ask for the owner Simon, really nice guy.
