WORST Corporation EVER!!! Stayed at Newark, CA location for three weeks (always paying in advance) and this place is FULL of scumbags. Although the «manager» was somewhat approachable, the rest of the staff was surly and could not care LESS about the guests! Housekeeping is FORCED on anyone with pets — and the lazy non-​English speaking housekeepers UNPLUGGED MY ACTIVE COMPUTER to vacuum because they were TOO LAZY to walk the ten steps to the open electrical plug in the bathroom! When I got back two hours later my computer was DEAD! Dozens of calls to the Executive Offices’ «Guest Services» have gone unanswered and unreturned… I am going to have to go through Better Business Bureau and a lawyer to get compensated for my damages.

I have been trying to reach a CEO or main manager of this Hotel chain since November and have been unsuccessful. It is now almost the end of January. I guess Easy 8 does not care about what customers think.
