Erica Knowles is a Realtor for Prudential Dunn in PB. It is impossible to put into words just how incredible she is, she defines «going above and beyond». Both of my Aunts were Real Estate Brokers and I have worked with Real Estate agents in the past but I have never seen or experienced anything like the service I received from Erica. Erica is gracious, kind, positive, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of real estate. I sold a large family home and purchased my «empty nest» residence with Erica’s help, support and guidance. The home I purchased was sold by a «house-​flipper» investor who was rude, curt and intimidating. Erica did not once lose her positive, respectful demeanor while she negotiated with this man. Through her negotiation skills a fair and good deal was hammered out in spite of the man she was forced to work with. I was kept informed every step of the way. Having raised my family in the home I was selling made it an emotional situation for me consequently I was not always objective. When I was on the wrong track, she would respectfully provide information that would lead me to making a reasonable decision. My home was filled with 18 years of my family’s «stuff» and my elderly parents years of «stuff». It was a daunting and again an emotional task to pare it down and her encouragement and support made it all go so much smoother.
She went out of her way to make the process easier for me — meeting with plumbers, inspectors, etc. so that I was able to remain at work. The house I sold was given its own website and was shown in its best light, the home I have moved into is so right for me at this time in life and she has made sure that everything is in working order even though the seller fought the repairs every step of the way.
Erica guided me through this difficult and challenging process smoothing out the road every step of the way. Words cannot express how very grateful I am that Erica was the agent I chose.

Kudos to Jenny Hood and Karyn Lorimer! My husband and I were thrilled with using Jenny and Karyn for both the sale and purchase of our new home. They helped us get top dollar on our sale and we ended up getting a bargain on our new home… and all with a horrible real estate market. We couldn’t have done it without their knowledge and expertise. With some information that they had found, we were able to negotiate an even better deal (I know most realtors wouldn’t have gone the extra mile to save us money). Not only are they awesome at their job but they are fun to work with. I have hated working w/​realtors in the past but thrilled to have found two that I actually enjoyed working with.
