First off this is for the practice that dr. Cook has. The Dr receives 4 stars for his experience and caring for his patients, but his practice is dishonest as they charge you for services without explaining the costs or weather the insurance will cover it. There all about making a quick buck and not handling the patients honestly… as for me I will never set foot in this establishment again and cannot and will not recommend this place ever…

I’ll stick with my 4-​star rating post-​op. The surgery went find and the staff was great to deal with, but I have had some issues with the eye since surgery and am not sure I should have even done the surgery. Sometimes I feel like there is an air pocket underneath the lens in my eye (I had a cataract removed) and I can actualy see shadowing, which I assume is my periferal vision seeing the the edge of the lens. It hasn’t improved my straight-​ahead or reading vision in any meaningful way. They had been really pushing an expensive lens upgrade and given the performance of the eye with a lens that should be working great, I can say I’m happy I didn’t fork over the $ 2500 for an upgraded lens.
