I found Dr Broas, several months ago. My previous dentist would not consider my insurance coverage, instead giving me a list of several thousand dollars worth of projects that«absolutely needed to be done.» When I questioned the costs, they repeatedly suggested that they could arrange financing. When I protested that if I did this, my teeth wouldn’t matter, as I wouldn’t be able to afford food. Dr. Broas was happy to explain my insurance coverage, and prioritize what was most important. I then discovered the projects that my insurance would not cover such as crowns, he could do for a fraction of my previous quote. His assistant took the time to insure they nicely matched the color of my existing teeth. Other things that the insurance did cover, he was happy to do without a co-pay, that my previous dentist wanted hundreds of dollars for in addition to my insurance. I was able to make an appointment quickly and that another time he was able to see me on the same day. In addition the quality of his work was excellent. It was done painlessly, with enough medication.

DONOTGOHERE! I was referred to this office by a friend in 2014. Went in to get a cavity checked on my second molar(upper left). I was told that I needed a root canal and a crown. I went along with the procedure, thinking it was my only option. Well, a short time after, the crown began to wear down my natural tooth. I went back to them with my concern, all they did was reshape the crown(which caused all the metal underneath to expose). My bite was still off and they insisted on grinding down my real tooth instead… absolutely not!.. I left! They never offered to make a new one(which is what they were supposed to do). Never sat down with me to explain procedures, different types of crowns available, recommendations, concerns, options. They just did what they pleased and sent me on my way. Now that im a bit more educated on procedures, I regret ever stepping foot in this place. If you do go here, a word of advice; ask questions, ask questions, ask questions! Or they’ll insist procedures and collect as much insurance money as they can. If your’e not happy with the work, be consistent and breathe down their neck until they get it done right! And remember, a good dentist accomodates your concerns and wants you to walk out satisfied!

At this point, would not recommend coming here for dental implants. My dad had a terrible experience paying lots and lots of money and I’m now taking him back to make sure what he had done gets fixed and to make sure my dad isn’t taken for more money. Several trips later and it’s still not done. Things are slowly moving in the right direction hopefully. I won’t be happy until it’s over when hopefully I’ll have a better review to write.
