I ordered the pizza online this past Tuesday to be delivered at 11:45 a.m. I ordered the pizza for a meeting that took place from 12:00 — 12:30 p.m. The pizza was not delivered until 12:35 p.m. I wrote a message to Dominos and tried to call but never got through to a person.
The pizza tasted fine, but it is completely acceptable to deliver a pizza 45 minutes late without giving any notice. I will not order from Dominos again and I will warn other clubs to not order as well. I would appreciate someone contact me so that I can learn what Dominos will do in the future to ensure that pizza is delivered on time.

Just left there feeling very irritated. Used the domino’s app and hit repeat order. Said ready for pick up only to find out when I get there the order was never placed is what they tell me how is that possible? «the order trackers said ready for up» I normally don’t this upset about things but this was during the charger game so this really put a damper on the time frame of things I miss the first quarter dammit. The guy that asked me if I wanted to go ahead and place an order now. why the f*** would I want to order from you guys after you f***** up my order already. Get your s*** together

I have never eaten at this location, but while driving their delivery driver stuck his hand out the window and flipped me off. There was no reason at all for this, as I had not done anything to him. I will never eat at Domino’s because of this.

Let’s see… a number if things went wrong
* I ordered online, although the idea seemed great at the time, I was excited for the tracker. However the option to select meat for the pizzas was not accessible or at least it was easily oversighted.
* I called the pizza place to make the correction that I had not ordered meat on the pizzas and could not help me… Order went out already… he said «there’s nothing we can do the order went out, if we did we would have to make NEW pizzas!!!» Great customer service
* A coupon for 2 M hand pan Pizzas for 5.99 each, turns out to be 8.99!!! Great…
* arrive at hotel room, and no plates, cheese, or peppers.
+ Delivery person was a nice boy
+ could deliver to hotel
+ ordered soda and wings
Other than that, I gave it a «2» for improvement needed.
Not happy, but I rolled with it for two reasons: convenience & I was to tired to step out of the hotel room.

Well, because of a phone call and sincere apology from the general manager I have to amend my previous review. We had a candid conversation and he was awesome. He completely turned the situation around. It is unfortunate that not all the staff at the store have the customer service attitude that Jake has. However, he has promised to address the event with the staff to improve their performance. On a positive note, the pizzas are great and always made to perfection and delivered piping hot and on time.
The pizzas might be good but the worst staff, customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I won’t go into detail but to be placed on hold for over 10 minutes, three phone calls and on the last call I was told «I don’t know who you are and I cannot help you» this before I could say is that all I was calling about is part of my order was missing. Still trying to get my bill adjusted/​refunded and I will never order from them again.

This place is awful. My wife and I got food poisoned and I was hospitalized the same night as another dude eating from the same location same night. My wife and I were sick as dogs for a long time. I lost business that week and my child’s life was put to risk as well. Luckily he didn’t eat the pizza that night. I would strongly urge consumers not to eat at this place. As you can see there are not a lot of good reviews from this locations. If you want a fun sickness from both ends, eat here.

Best pizzas!!! So delishes… different prices for weekend. I had Cheas pizza with vegetables (pine apple, peppers, onion, tomato, olives) that made me amazing!

these guys are so rude. I contacted the domino’s headquarters to complain about them. But i guess they don’t care and that Domino’s only cares about getting their money. I wish this place would just close down and disappear. I will never purchase a pizza from domino’s again. I asked to talk with the manager and he was just as rude as the first person. I can honestly say Domino’s can kiss @$$!!! I’m so done with this place. the pizza was wrong and on top of that burnt.
If i could i would give this place a negative five stars. The owners of this Domino’s are just as rude as there employee’s. Now i can see why this place sucks… At least she said she was the owner. Domino’s way to go just give anyone a license to represent your franchise and only care about the money you get. Yeah I’m not a Pizza Hut fan but from today I am.
I would rather lick the bottom of an ashtray than eat at this place.

THIS LOCATION MUST BE SHUT DOWN AND THE MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES NEED TO REMAIN UNEMPLOYED.
I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. I ordered online line for carryout. I go to pick up my order and all is fine. I get back home and the pizza is not only cold, but it is under-​cooked and has sausage on it, when I ordered an olive and mushroom pizza (I do not eat pork). Then I open the cinnastix only to find hot sauce on the side instead of frosting and a shoe print across the bread. Next I open the pasta and it has water sitting in it about half way filled up. I call to request a refund and am hung up on, I call back again and am asked to be put on hold, I immediately say «No!» and explain that they had just hung up on me, the manager responds, «Too bad dude you’re gunna have to hold».
I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD DOMINOS EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANY LOCATION NOW!

I used to get a fair amount of food here since they are down the road, and super quick. Always thought the food quality was so so. Now I’m never going back.
Save yourself from throwing up. Don’t eat here.

This dominos is down the road from my house and they are always spot on that’s why i am giving them 5 stars.
Every time I have ordered carry out it has been ready for pickup in 10 minutes, 15 at the most and is always excellent. My girlfriend could probably eat pizza every day lol.
Anyways, just the usual dominos with spectacular customer service and timing.

Kiddo wanted to try the handmade pan pizza and since it’s right across the street from dance class, that plan worked for me.
Called in for pickup, order-​taker was friendly and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. We got there after 10 minutes and it wasn’t ready, took another 5 minutes at least. At least it was really fresh. Anyway, I made a stop at Trader’s and she ate some in the car-​actually she murdered 2 slices in the car! I’d say she likes it, a lot! It was pretty good, but for chain store pan, Pizza Hut is still my boo.
She wants it again tonight so I’m gonna try the Thai spot and let her have the pizza. ;))

First time ordering from this Dominoes and we were actually surprised.
The large was so much tinier then expected, but it turned out to be a good thing! The cheese, the sauce and the crust were really good for a take-​out pizza chain.
We NEVER do pizza chains, but if we did do it again we’d probably choose Domino’s.

Domino’s pizza delivery has been our latest fallback spot whenever we’re in lazy hermits mode.
Their website ordering system is easy to use and the online tracker keeps us informed about the status of our food, from kitchen prep to en route delivery.
We usually get the thin crust because the other ones are just not as good, especially their version of a deep dish, which is simply terrible. Just go to a decent pizzeria like Lefty’s or Uno’s for Chicago deep dish, or better yet, have some Lou Malnati’s shipped directly to you.
But enough about that; this Domino’s location gets the job done. They haven’t screwed up an order yet and their delivery times are reasonable enough. The guys bringing out pizzas are cool and cordial too. I was kinda bummed that they skimped on the toppings most recently because we had a few cheese-​only slices, but not enough to be a dealbreaker.
