The worst. Delivery was late, only had cheese on half of the 2 cheese pizzas, which were supposed to be extra cheese. The 2 pepperoni pizzas were burnt. This was for my daughter’s birthday party. The store was not helpful and the driver was rude.

They forgot part of my order and then took 40 minutes to replace it… Then ordered it again, because let’s face it there isn’t much of an option here and ended up getting one less topping than I paid for but I didn’t check it before they left. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

I had a social at 6pm for an event that began at 6:30pm. I placed an order online at 9:45INTHEMORNING. At 5pm I called to make sure everything was good and the pizza would be there at 5:45. I had a VERY hard time communicating with the person who answered who just barked questions like, «What would you like to order,» while I was trying to explain I’d already placed an order. I asked to talk to a manager and the response was jumbled and inaudible like there were two people on the phone with me. I finally told them I just wanted to make sure my order was on time. Someone said it was even though they didn’t know who I was or what time the order was for or what the confirmation was. I couldn’t communicate at all. At 5:50 there was no pizza so I had a friend call. He got the same tough-to-communicate-with person that I had. But that person said the driver had just left. JUSTLEFT? I gave them an 8 hour head start on making my order. At 6:15 I get a call from the driver saying that he’s on Truxtan and Roosevelt(10 minutes from where the restaurant is located). That’s good news, the building I want it delivered to is the building on Truxtan and Roosevelt on the second floor. He asks how to get into the building. Ummmm, there is a door on Truxtan and there is a door on Roosevelt. I tell him there’s a stairway on the corner that goes up to the door. He says he doesn’t see it but he’s going to park and look for it. I rush downstairs to the side door that faces Roosevelt in time to see him cross the street heading down Truxtan. I go to the front of the building and he’s gone. No delivery guy in sight. I go back to the side door thinking he might be heading that way. I get another call. He says he’s on Truxtan and Roosevelt. I go back to the front door and there he is at the bottom of the stairs. I go down and sign my credit card receipt. I ordered four pizzas and 32-liter bottles of sodas. One of those sodas is wrong so he has to go back across the street to get the right one. It’s up to me and a friend to carry everything into the building and we put the pizzas out at 6:25 — 5 minutes before the meeting begins so the meeting started late. Then I came here to Unilocal and saw a picture someone had taken of our delivery guy. Ugh. I didn’t confirm if any of the pizzas were wrong(I was in a hurry) and it was all gone about 20 minutes after the meeting ended. It was a miserable experience and I won’t be ordering from that Domino’s again.

WORST delivery guy EVER. He has walked into our house uninvited– one time while I was on my couch breastfeeding and my husband answered the door. He has brought us the COMPLETELY wrong food and told us that’s what we ordered… And tonight he brought us a pizza that was basically folded in half. Fricking ridiculous and this company will never get our business again.

This review won’t deter many from eating at this place because it’s on a Marine Corps base and there isn’t anything else close by. Plus all of the families from the Marines graduating will probably not read this and eat here out of convenience. The food is ok but the customer service is what really sucks. First time: I ordered a cheese steak sub. And got a cheese sub, there was about one and a half slices of meat in the entire thing. Took it back and they made me a new one. Second time: I ordered some Parmesan bites and waited 15 min to go up to the counter and ask if they were finished only to have to wait for this old delivery guy to walk from behind the counter, fill up a fountain drink, put on a lid, struggle with the paper on the straw before coming around to ring me up. I had to explain that I had already paid and was checking to see if they were done. He went in the back and brought them out but when i opened the bag they were nearly burnt and were all cooked together. So it looked like a huge turd. When I looked up holding the turd in my hand, a lady came from the back and snatched them from my hand, spun around and walked to the back. The old guy went back to see what was going on and she poked her head out to say she was making me a new batch. I waited another 10 min and someone brought the same bag with new bites inside. These were better but still overcooked. I think this place needs an employee overhaul.

Best customer service I’ve received at a Dominos so far! Their food has improved so much over the last years! Garlic butter crust on the hand tossed pizzas? Yum. BUTTER Pan deep dish crust? Yum!!! A medium 2 topping for $ 5? I’d rather take this tasty medium for $ 5 over a bland large $ 5 from little ceasers any day!
