Domino’s Pizza

I ordered online but got my order wrong. When I arrived the pizza was ready but missing pepperoni. However it was my error since I did not check the ingredient box.
Regardless they were helpful and even offered to make me new Pizzas for free with a credit.
But since it was my mistake I said no thanks and ate the pizza as it was made. It was still great tasting even without the pepperoni.
Will be back.

This rating is 90% on how good the customer service is. They messed up a take out order. Not only did they fix it but gave an extra pizza. Made the new one fast with no problems. Not to mention the pies are really good. Wouldn’t normally rate a pizza joint, but this time outstanding.

I might be biased being that this is my neighborhood Dominos :) but the people who work here are awesome! At one point in the past it was not as good but the latest hires are so efficient and friendly. They got my 4 pizzas order correct and even remembered my sauces :) kudos guys! There are always coupons so remember to use them. My favorite is the thin crust spinach and feta. You cannot go wrong with a pepperoni pizza yum

All of the employees are well mannered here and very efficient. My food was a little more expensive than I thought it was going to be and the pan pizza I got was somewhat undercooked. When I reheated it the next day it did not turn out well. However when I first brought the pizza home the cheese on the pan pizzas was fantastic. The wings are decent too but nothing to be blown away by.

First let me say I have ordered many different items on different days and times at this location. Also, I have ordered pizza from domino’s at a handful of different locations in San Diego, so I can confirm the issues below are not just with a few employees or the company but this particular franchise.
What to expect when ordering for delivery:
1) Handmade pan pizza are always under cooked, which is an excellent way to risk giving someone food poison. That’s fine, if you like visiting you favorite doctor in the ER.
2) Chicken wings are always over cooked and probably close to 24 hours old. If you like getting leftovers delivered to your door, you’ll enjoy it.
3) Delivery drivers are always polite and prompt with your delivery order. But oviously stoned out of their mind. Ok whatever you’re a young adult who delivers pizzas but com’on not one sober driver ever came to my door.
4) Call to have them to change your order, and be greeted by someone who doesn’t know how and tell you they will «let them know», but never tell them. I’m sure it is related to the topic of issue #3, and they just too stoned to handle any real responsibility. However if I was to go in the shop and let them know, «Oh ****. Sorry let me get that corrected for you right away.» would probably be their response.
I don’t really know why this location has horrible quality compared to other locations but I think issue numbers 1, 2, and 3 could be remedied by proper training, supervision and a drug free work environment.

I’m not a Dominos pizza type of guy but it was late and I was in a hurry so I hop of the fwy and land in a Dominos parking lot. I ordered and within a few minutes my pizza was done. Taste good for Dominos but when I asked for Parmesan and peppers they tell me they sell them for a dollar each. That pretty much turned me off but my overall experience was good.

I go here once a week on the weekends and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. There staff is always nice and motivated to do their jobs, it’s a great atmosphere.
Recently, I had a situation where I thought I ordered a hand tossed pizza and a pan pizza. When I arrived to pick up the order I guess I had accidentally bought two pan pizzas (was my mistake while using the app). Brian, the employee helping me, didn’t hesitate to offer to get a hand tossed pizza made for me. They treat their customers very well and I’m always impressed with the work ethic at this location.

Quick, hot and tasty. Never had a problem with this location and the drivers are so friendly. Deffinetly try the cinnamon stx.
Always a good fair price.
Did I mention hot pizza that tastes great and is cheap? Also try sandwiches lol

We love ordering online & delivery on time. The coupon deals online are worth the delivery when we don’t want to leave the house for some good pizza.

I had a coupon for a free marble cookie brownie, so I ordered online for carryout when it was ready. The experience was good and it went smoothly, but it turned disappointing after I got back home and opened the boxes.
When we got in there was only one guy working, so he had to balance all the orders, online calls, and make everything by himself. We decided to add the specialty chicken to our order when we got there, so it would take additional time to wait for those to be ready. He was nice and he let us know how much longer it would take when we were still waiting for them to be finished. When they were done, he was even nice enough to come around the counter to personally hand over all our boxes.
When we got home, I opened one of the specialty chicken boxes and they were kind of disappointing. The box contained like half chicken and half burnt cheese. The chicken pieces were kind of small too, considering we paid bout $ 7 each for them. Also, the specialty chicken was the item that we added when we got there and had to wait for, so it should have been the warmest thing we got, considering it’s cooked at 450 degrees, right? Not really. When we got home, which only took 5 minutes, the chicken was only luke warm. The pizza was decent, though I’m not a big fan of overpowering cheese, which this kind of had. However, if that’s what you like, then by all means go for it. They also season the crust, which is nice so that you won’t be tasting just plain bread. As for the marble cookie brownie, I’m glad I got it for free because I don’t think that it’s worth $ 7. It’s only one 7.5″ x 7.5″ square, cut into 9 pieces. It was moist and delicious though, it’s just that the size isn’t worth the price.

Pizza is delicious. Quick service. Convenient & friendly staff :)

Easy, quick large 2-​topping pizza with a delicious crust was great for less than $ 7 with a coupon. It’s really nice on the inside, and the workers are all really friendly!

I have probably either ordered delivery or carryout a dozen times from this domino’s restaurant in the last month. I don’t know how to cook and I know for a fact I couldn’t cook even if my life depended on it. So Pizza is the next best option. I love this place because the pizzas and wings are amazing. Also they always have specials going on!

We order from this Domino’s frequently but today sucked. The Buffalo Chicken pizza was mostly crust. It was like they forgot the upper half of the pizza toppings. We also ordered parmesan bites and they didn’t put anything on it. They were just plain dough balls. Where was the usual garlic parmesan goodness? The bbq chicken wings were ok. Veggie pizza was good. Overall we were very disappointed.

I ordered pizza for delivery on a Saturday night. How did I get my pizza delivered in less than 30 minutes??? Normally my regular pizza place takes close to an hour.
Is Dominos gourmet pizza, no but it is good enough and it was just delivered piping hot in next to no time. Thanks Dominos!!!
One tip for the drivers: Don’t package hot and cold items together. Nobody wants warm blue cheese.

Love this local dominos! The manager, Chance, he takes pride in his store and his customers. Need a fast delicious pizza tonight? I wouldn’t call anybody but Dominos in Rancho Bernardo!

I have never had a problem with this dominos and was feeling pizza since Monday but wasn’t in the mood to pay 20 plus dollars and luckily Dominos has a special going right now 5.99 for a large 2 topping pizza. Ordered online and picked up in less then 10 minutes. Faster then I could have cooked anything.

I love these guys! I ordered when I first was moving into the area and didn’t have any plates, cups, etc. These guys offered plates and napkins before I asked and even though they didn’t have cups available they sent me some of those small cone shaped cups. It was fantastic! So I really just love the customer service!

Wow. The experience I had here makes me want to come back. Glad this place is open until 12 and was very pleased with Brian. I think he was the manager on duty but he treated me and my girlfriend with the
Best Customer service and he made our pizza and I was very impressed that domino out of all places still has people like that. Very happy. Will be back. Thanks for the service. And thank you Brian for taking care of us

Ordered a few pizzas from here on a Saturday night, picked them up in 20 minutes. The pizzas were hot and the toppings correct. No problems with the staff. They all looked on the youngish side but were on their best behavior. Their garlic-​y crust is so good. Will be ordering again. Check out their carry out deals. Big discounts.
