Ditech Home Loans

This company is terrible, horrible the worse in 20 years of experience dealing with lenders, I did not apply with them, my lender sold my loan to them. Ditech is the same a quicken loans and green tree, be carefull do not get a loan with this companies please! I advise you I agree with Judah M 100%, they do not do customer service at all. Please watch your money

THE WORST MORTGAGE SERVICING EVER!!! Is there a negative 5 star rating? Seriously, Ditech is an absolute nightmare to deal with.
They can’t answer the most basic of questions like «When is my loan considered seasoned so I can have the PMI removed?» without reading a script that says «we’ll get back to you in 21 business days with that information.» And of course they don’t get back to you. Every agent you speak with gives you different answers, and then they double bill you even though your autopay is set up to only come out once per month. Literally, they tried to take my mortgage out TWICE, from the same account, SIMULTANEOUSLY! Who does that? How inept and incompetent can one agency be? If you value your sanity go with another lender!!!
