Dick Logan & Friends

I have been using Dick Logan and Friends to manage my condo for almost 3 years. Prior to that I actually rented from them for 1.5yr. Because of how they treated my as a renter I chose to use them to manage my condo. Our previous local property management company was horrible. Dick Logan and Friends has been a nice change and I especially appreciate the prompt monthly deposit on 10^th of month and that they actually respond when I email them. I have already recommended them to a couple friends.

For 22 months I rented a property managed by Dick Logan and Friends.
They were attentive, prompt & personable. As a matter of fact, my lasting impression is that if I ever rent out a property I own, I’ll have them manage it and won’t bother to shop around.
We asked to see one of their townhouses with only 15-​minutes notice. Craig drove all the way across town to let us in, for what would amount to a 5 minute walk-​thru.
Whenever we had an issue, a repairman was there within 48 hours — at most. So quick were Dick Logan & Friends to respond, my only (minor) issue is that if I left the company a message, I wouldn’t get a call back, but a call from the repairman while he was en route.
Regardless of our request, Dick Logan & Friends were unusually accommodating. It’s been some time, but a belated thanks to Craig & Co…

I rented from Dick Logan and Friends for 1 year from Oct. 2010 – 2011. I found the property to be well taken care of, especially for an older building. I also found DLAF to be responsive to requests from myself and my neighbors, although there weren’t many.
What really impressed me, though, is that they sent me my full deposit back within five days of my move-​out date. No deductions and no delay… virtually unheard of! They also provided me with a tenant letter of recommendation (at my request).
I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

I have been a renter for nearly 3 years through DLF. They are very responsive to any requests and you can even request service through their website. The handymen are kind, friendly and attentive. I pay rent through my bank which sends them a check each month. Super easy. I would highly recommend renting from them.

On the few occasions when the property needed a repair, they repaired the item quickly and at a price I expected. The two tenants they have found for the property have been ideal-​clean, thoughtful and financially solvent.
