I went to this store to buy a new smartphone while I was on vacation and was told that a home phone would be part of the package, with no cost. Although I did not want a home phone and said I would never use it, the salesperson Ramon Rosales said that the smart phone and the home phone were a package deal. I found out later that Ramon lied to my face. It turned out that the allegedly free home phone had a $ 35 connection charge, plus a $ 20 per month access fee. So, I explained this to Verizon and Verizon had me send the home phone back to Verizon, and Verizon withdrew all the charges related to the home phone. I thought this nightmare was over, but now Diamond is after me for a $ 400 early termination fee, plus the replacement of the home phone that I sent back to Verizon. Ramon Rosales is a LIAR. Do not trust Ramon Rosales. He lied to me face in front of a coworker. I mean, this was not an honest mistake. I am very clear on what was said. Unfortunately, being on vacation, I did not take the time to read all of the fine print within the 3 day period that Diamond would have given to return the home phone.

FORMEREMPLOYEE. These people will scam you. This drove me away form sales for good. The«best» employees in this company take pride in calling themselves sharks, and the management takes pride in their sharks. I’ve worked at both Horton and Broadway stores. Take my advice, AVOID, do research online first, than go on amazon or even Verizon customer service.

The same people working here work at the store on Broadway. I had a similar experience as I am reading here. Basically, they will tell you whatever you want to hear. It’s impossible to return anything. The general manager is never available and they will never give you his number. All that you get is an email address. He never responds. The only way we actually got him on the phone was by researching through Google. I found his actual direct number. Can you believe he had the nerve to ask: how did you get my number? I guess he doesn’t like people calling him. He was not helpful in any way. He said that since it has been so long since we signed up that he could no longer help us. It would not have been so long if he wasn’t hiding for a month. He confirmed that he had read our email but he was too busy to reply. WT%?

Bad name for Verizon! Deceptive dog and pony show! These guys will do anything to make a sale but try to return merchandise and you see how these guys couldn’t even make it on the the used car lot! Their technique(Jesse the manager) is to repeat and repeat, as though the customer needs to understand; when in fact, HE needs to understand. And his boss Rodney Reveron(Regional Manager) is so untouchable that I couldn’t speak directly with him! I have been with Verizon before they had the name Verizon and I have spent a ton of money with them. I don’t understand why Verizon would even support this store with their name. The good news is that there are so many other real Verizon stores, one almost across the street, that if we don’t support them, they will eventually go out of business and do us all justic as consumers.

So bad, they don’t even have Verizon coverage in their store.

This place is a nightmare! I went in to have 600 photos transferred to my replacement droid, The retard working there could not get anything to work and by 30mins later he had deleted all my photos somehow. I’ve never felt like I wanted to punch anyone in the face more! All he said was«uhh sorry» They can never make this right and did not even try! If I lost 600 items at my work I’d be fired!

After a shipping mishap with Verizon, I walked in here yesterday on the hunt for a new phone as my year old Voyager was on the fritz and beyond saving. I knew what I wanted, and I didn’t want to mess around. Enter Paul. He got everything together for me, I left, came back and we were rock’n and roll’n. He did the upgrade, got everything operating, gave me the basics and totally hooked me up. I am not a huge fan of retail establishments when it comes to cell phones. It almost makes me feel like I’m walking into a car dealership. Not here. If you need a new plan, a new phone, accesories, etc. etc. go see Paul! Nice guy and he won’t BS you.
