I been here since 9:40 am its now 11:27 am I’m just sitting in the room in pain waiting there telling the doctor is running late I’m so pissed off I’m ready to walk out

This clinic is clean and well run. I think the front desk staff could be a little more helpful at times and a little nicer but generally, based on how low cost it is I am very happy with this place.

I came in for my dental appointment at 11 right now is 12:05 and I still haven’t been seen. I asked the girl in the from desk what is going on the only thing she had to say was there’s two people ahead. why do they schedule people and they can’t take them in at the time scheduled. They must really think I have no life they can spend my time like that… people who have good customer service would of gone to me and said I’m sorry for the delay but theres going to be a wait (give an estimete time).I’m really thinking of moving. horrible experience

I do far love this clinic, I had an appointment at 11 am. I was taken to the back at exactly 11am and was out by 11:37am.the receptionist, rn and np where great… also I’m able to look at lab results it if any questions to the doctor… I’m happy. I recommend it =)
