Heidi is the best! When my old esthetician moved, I was lucky enough to stumble upon Dermalilly! I’ve been going to see Heidi regularly now for the past several years and I absolutely love her. She’s really changed my skin for the better and seeing her helped so much with the hormonal changes during my pregnancies! Her place is super clean and well decorated and there is an incredibly positive and mellow ambiance. Heidi is so sweet and very knowledgable! I just love going to see her!

Did not realize what a gem this place was until I got a facial elsewhere for driving convenience. It’s been well over a year since I’ve been to Dermaliliy Skincare, but I can still attest to how amazing Heidi is.

I first came to Heidi completely by chance, I was desperate for some serious TLC for my skin. I booked an appointment online with her (I love that I can book online, by the way!) for a pumpkin facial. I had never had a facial before so I was so nervous and had NO idea what to expect. Heidi explained every single question that I had (and believe me, I had a LOT) before ever even starting the facial so that when she finally began the facial it was nothing but relaxing and absolutely AMAZING. I love that she told me exactly what she was doing (what she was putting on my face, what my skin needed, recommendations, etc) but she never once was pushy or seemed in a rush. It was pure relaxation from the moment I stepped in to see her. I will continue to go to her and I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for some TLC for their skin, or just some pure relaxation and a treat for yourself! Totally worth every penny!

I had the best facial I’ve ever had in my life, seriously! Heidi was so great, she welcomed me in and explained everything step by step. It was my first time doing microdermabrasion and I can’t wait for my next appointment in 4 weeks. I left there with my skin feeling clean, and refreshed. Having gone to spas and salons for upscale facials and skin treatments since I was a teenager, I had high expectations on my first visit to Dermalilly. Since Day One, Heidi has treated me to nothing short of outstanding experiences — and I have since visited her regularly for about a year.
At our first visit, Heidi took the time to understand my skin concerns, history and expectations. She carefully examined my skin and made recommendations that were in *my* best interest. Many estheticians would try to upsell microdermabrasion. Heidi has known from the beginning that my skin is just too sensitive. I have experienced her Signature Organic, AHA Pumpkin, Oxygen, Paprika and Cherry Clay facials, and each is a delightful blend of delicious scents, specialized treatments and soothing strokes.
Heidi begins each organic treatment with a conversation. «What’s been going on with your skin?» «What’s been bothering you?» «What shall we work on today?» She customizes the experience from there. Start with a refreshing double cleanse and a pore-​opening steam. Follow with thorough extractions, a bacteria-​zapping wand, a delicious-​smelling mask, and a relaxing scalp and neck massage. (I drift off to sleep almost every time.) End with radiant skin and a smile.
Dermalilly specializes in organic products, and I have enjoyed Heidi’s homemade Facial Cleansing Oil at home for an old-​school cleanse. She recommends organic products if you ask but is never pushy. I have also LOVED the Grand Lash MD natural eyelash formula she carries.
Heidi is gentle, kind, very easy to talk to and beautiful. The woman has incredible skin. Her office in Mission Valley is bright, clean, soothing and comfortable. (The tree-​covered fountain outside is lovely.) I have recommended Heidi to friends and family and urge you to experience Dermalilly for yourself.

Heidi is the only person that has worked on my skin. She’s also tinted my eyelashes and eyebrows and both turned out so good! I would recommend going to Heidi for all your facial needs! And besides her work, she is such a nice person and very easy to talk to. That always makes the experience that much better.

I absolutely love going to get facials and microdermabrasions from Heidi. Not only is she very knowledgeable with all the skin care products and services she offers, but she is also very professional and makes the experience super relaxing, never leaving me disappointed. She offers an extraordinary assortment of services and I do consider her to be one of the best estheticians I have ever been to! My skin has been a mess for a long time. I am in my early 30’s with acne prone/​oily skin. Not only that but now of course with me getting older, I am starting to develop a few fine lines around my eyes. Heidi always takes into consideration what I am looking to do for my face and skin. She always recommends the best solution for my needs and I am always more than satisfied with the outcome. All her facials and microderms always clear up my problematic skin and leave my face feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She is the definition of a true skin care professional and as long as I live here in San Diego, will continue to see her for all my skin regimen needs.

I bought the grande lash and my lashes are significantly longer and thicker than before. It took more than a month to see results and i’m going to continue using this magical eyelash grower. I’m so glad i tried it and i will come back to purchase grande lash again :-)

Heidi is AMAZING! She knows her stuff. And she’s the sweetest! She knows exactly what your skin needs. My skin always feels and looks so good after seeing her! She takes great care of her clients and gives the best massages too! I love the microdermabrasion and vitamin c facial! And the products she uses are phenomenal! LOVE the blackberry moisturizer!

Love the service, been coming here for years. She explains the process and makes sure you understand not only what is going into your treatment, but also makes sure you take care of yourself after the fact. I’ve been dealing with back acne issues for years and she has helped not only contain the issue, but she has «prescribed» me the best aftercare products money can buy. Heidi is magical in all senses of the word. I originally discovered her via a deal I received a year ago, and have stuck with her ever since. She uses almost all organic products and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to give the most wonderful of facials. She is sweet, passionate, kind, and talented which is all spelled out in her work. In addition, she has a great listening ear and tells some pretty entertaining stories. I walk out of her spa feeling like I had both my skin and spirit cleansed. Lastly, she makes some of her own products which are all deliciously amazing. Treat yo’self and make an appointment with Heidi. Your skin will not regret it !

I went to see Heidi for several pumpkin peel/​microderm appts before my wedding last year. My skin felt amazing on the big day! Heidi is very sweet and easy to talk to, and she listens to what you need. The pumpkin peel not only felt good, but also smelled amazing. The other organic products she uses smelled great as well and felt natural and refreshing. I bought the cucumber eye cream almost a year ago… I use it every day, and I still have plenty left. She also gives a great massage during the facial! Definitely recommend this lovely lady and her facial services :)

There are few souls in this world that are as remarkable and talented as Heidi. She is the QUEEN of skincare, waxing, relaxation, and rejuvenation. I found Heidi over a year ago, and she is the ONLY person I will trust with my skin. Her new location is gorgeous, peaceful, elegant, and fits her perfectly!!!

Ms. Hiedi really knows how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed and she is very good at what she does for her customers… her rooms are very zenlike and she is very friendly… I recommend that you see her asap for her microderm facials. you will not be disappointed! !

Heidi is magical with facials! I’m in my mid 50’s, recent cancer survivor and a life time sun lover. With that skin disaster combination, I didn’t think having a facial would benefit me.
