Daily Disposal Dumpsters

I strongly recommend using another company for your disposal needs due to the unscrupulous business practices and poor customer service of Daily.
We had a dumpster delivered the day before we left for a month long vacation and were surprised to find it still in our driveway when we returned. When I called customer service I was told that their policy is that you need to call to schedule pick up or you will be charged additional daily rent for the dumpster, which they have charged me. This was the first I had heard of this policy as the booking representative merely informed me that our upfront payment was for 10 days and that if we needed the container for longer we would pay additional rent per day. This did not alert me to the fact that I needed to call, which I certainly would have done, to avoid paying for a container to sit at my house while I was gone.
Daily’s customer service failed their opportunity to make this right when I called by blaming me for not knowing their policies. Both the initial representative and her supervisor explicitly stated that they doubted that booking agent had failed to tell me their policy because they read from a script. I however was never told about their call-​to-​pick-​up policy. They informed me that my receipt email included their terms and conditions. This is true, however it had gone to my spam folder so I never saw it show up and was not aware that I should be looking for an email with additional terms to what I had been told over the phone. The Daily representatives said that this is not their fault so I was still charged, though the supervisor did reduce the amount after our call.
Overall this experience has made me feel like this company uses poor communication and obfuscated terms to trap customers into paying more money.

Called today as I needed a dumpster for tearing off my old roof. Not only was the lady knowledgeable and very helpful, she also was able to have a dumpster delivered with an hour. I was actually up at subway when the guy called etc and he was really cool waiting at my house till I returned. The driver was very cool about all my questions and he got it rolled off right into the exact place I needed it. Competitive pricing and great service has me giving them 5 stars!
