Critter Control

I had Dean out today to evaluate an ongoing rat problem. He was on time, professional, thorough and very honest. This was exactly what I was looking for in trying to remedy the problem. After giving him a tour of the affected area (s) he immediately found the likely entrance point to the residence that was overlooked before and a ‘sort of’ construction defect leaving easy access to the walls and attic.
The immediate solution was such that the first recommendation was to address it on my own and see if this solves the entry problem. He in fact did not even want to take my money for this initial effort which was an obvious and highly likely solution to the rat entry. They would however complete an «Exclusion» (stop entry to the premises) and follow up with after care to validate the problem was indeed solved if I wanted but the initial recommendation was to try this first effort.
