A couple of months ago, I dropped AT&T to bundle with Cox for my home phone. What a mistake! I have had repair people out several times, but they never get it right. On the rare occasions that the phone works I sound like I am calling from an underdeveloped nation at great distance. Tonight I called my son 11 times, but the calls are dropped. A friend just emailed me frantically because she has called me 6 times and the calls are dropped when I say hello or before. I just emailed the Cox technical support to tell them to come and get their equipment that I am unbundling. AT& T, I am coming back. I do not think that Cox will ever get it right.
