If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent who is genuine and thorough, then you need to contact Corey. In my experience, a lot of agents come from the same vein as used car salesman. Corey is far from that vein and you won’t be left feeling like you are a walking dollar sign. Do yourself a favor and use Corey for the sale or purchase of your home! You won’t regret it!

Corey’s team did an amazing job helping us sell AND buy our home. Corey was on top of everything, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even more importantly, he was able to sell our home for over our asking price and get us into the home of our dreams. His team is well rounded for buying and selling homes. I felt a little bad as I was calling him 5 – 10 times a day lol. When the appraisal came in low for our house, his team appealed the appraisal, and was able to get the price back up! I don’t think there are many agents in San Diego that can successfully do this consistently. Our lender said they have never seen an appraisal appeal done so detailed and thorough. In my eyes, this puts his services at huge edge over other agents.
