Complete Flood Restoration

Hands down, the most professional restoration company I have ever experienced. After leaving town on a vacation for a week, I arrived in LAX at 11 p.m. and had a two hour drive south to get to my house in San Diego. I get home around 12:30 a.m.- 1 a.m. Apparently, while I was enjoying my vacation, the pipes behind my toilet had decided to break and proceeded to flood my entire downstairs. I had remembered that my realtor gave me a business card of this company if ever such an emergency would ever happen. And thank god she did! I called the emergency 24 hour phone number and was not greeted by a recording, but by Eric, the owner himself! He quickly responded to my emergency and was at my house within 30 minutes. He had his crew fix the leak in the toilet, and immediately began cleaning up the water that had been sitting there. He had assured me that everything would be fine, and that I would have my house back to normal as soon as possible. Eric and his crew were very thorough and professional. COMPLETE FLOOD RESTORATION IS THE BEST!!!

These guys are great. My mom’s house was a mess, and they were so kind and understanding and non-​judgemental. Good people, good work, good price. My plumber recommended them, and I’m so glad he did.

Complete flood restoration is awesome! Having delt with restoration companies several times for different situations in homes that I have owned over the years, I am unfortunately very familiar with estimates, upselling, and just plain unethical practices. These guys were Amazing! Eric didnt just beat my other estimates by a significant margin, they worked with me and didnt try to upsell me. In addition to the fact that I am in Murrieta and they are based in San Diego. I felt completly at ease that the estimate was fair and honest with no add ons that I didnt need. In the end, its not always about the lowest price, but the quality of work. And in that, CFR met and exceeded all my expictations in both areas! The work was HIGH QUALITY and was also done in a timely manner.

My apartment was flooded while I was on vacation and I returned home with my dishwasher leaking all over my kitchen with food particles everywhere! Eric and his crew reacted within 30 minutes and mitigated everything. They were awesome !!! Complete flood is THE BEST! Thank you guys so much!
