Alta Vista apartments Horrible! Horrible horrible! All around! Our day to move in we walked the unit (with wet rugs) out time got pushed back because the cleaners were just getting into our apartment and told us that they had just found out someone was moving in that day. The unit was so horrible that we refused to move into it that all they had available was a studio. Office sucks, they are NEVER in the office they don’t have a set schedule always say they are out to lunch they never answer phone calls and never come to fix things! Good luck when it rains! We had a huge puddle of water constantly INSIDE our apartment from the patio upstairs and they NEVER fixed it all they would say is «we put cocking on it» and we wouldn’t find out for another 3 months when it rained again! Plumbing problems the water pressure is no good. && lets get started on the parking! Limited parking and only one pass even if you live in a two bedroom and the street parking is shared with the nurses at the convalescent home and the town homes across the stress… so basically never any parking. Dog poop everywhere even the neighbors across the street come over to use the grass and don’t pick up! The kids from the high school hang out by the dumpsters and use the pool like a recreation center! Good luck if you move into here!
