I usually don’t even bother with reviews, but I decided to take the time to express my anger with this place. This has to be the most rude and inconsiderate staff from the top down. I have been fighting with the office over just getting a prescription that I have been taking for over a year refilled EVERYSINGLEMONTH. I call the office and 90% of the time nobody picks up. I leave a message and never get a call back. My girlfriend watches me as I call three times a month before they decide to finally refill my prescription. Now it’s been over a week without my prescription and have been going through hell with withdrawals… But I guess they could care less how I feel. Funny because I thought they were supposed to make me feel better, not lose my mind dealing with doctors and staff who could care less about your problems. Do not waste your time!

Office staff are rude, rude, rude. They hang up on people who ask questions they don’t have answers to. They refuse to book appts for patients request to speak to a manager and won’t forward calls to a manager. After 6 years seeing my doc, when he was at a different office, this new office is ruining the relationship I have with my doctor… because I can’t get in to see him to get my prescription refills authorized.

If there was an option to give no stars, I would. This is an awful place. They treat you as almost that THEY were doing YOU a favor by seeing you. I saw Dr. Cologne first, who looks like he’s about12 and acts like it as well. I had to be him for a prescription of klonopin and he made me get the friend I brought with me to the appointment and interview her before he’d write the prescription. He also gave me a scrip for Latuda. When I got to the pharmacy to fill it they told me it would be $ 361! And that was running it through the insurance. I also told him that I had severe dystonic reactions to neuroleptic drugs, which latuda is. Thankfully, the pharmacist caught it. On my second visit, I had a disagreement, not an argument, with the psychiatrist by which she threatened to hospitalize me. At that point, I got up, politely excused myself and left. Avoid this place at all cost. They are not there to help, just to collect their fee.

Dr. Barry Worthington is nice but easily confusion how to help your children resolve the problem. You will regret for wasting time and money to pay for him because he will not help to solve the problem, maybe he is too old for the job which he has more than 40 years experience. He would charge your fee a lot less compared to others but there is no result, why waste.
