i am rating them only on price!!! Sears and Coit estimated $ 150 – 200 for an 8×12 rug, and sears has to come to you. Coast 2 Coast estimated $ 25 with a satisfaction guarantee!!! And I can bring my rug to them, which i prefer since it is just a rug. I am very happy about this. I will update after the cleaning.

I have used these guys twice before, and have always had amazing service. Yesterday I was scheduled to get my carpets cleaned around noon. I left the keys for them since I would be at work and did not worry about it. I got home, the note and keys were still outside, and no carpets were cleaned! Shocked, I called the office and spoke to a man named Chris I believe. Turns out either Coast to Coast our I had our dates mixed up. Chris bent over backwards to get a tech to my house last night so my carpets were cleaned before I went out of town today. Not only do they care for my carpet, they also care for their customers, and the schedules they have. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them!

They got my address wrong and then when I told them to cancel they still showed up and then didn’t offer a discount for the cleaning. Screwed up my whole morning because they got my address wrong. And I spelled it out for them. As far as the cleaning goes the house smelled good and everything looked good. It was quick too. But with all the daily deals and such from competitors I wouldn’t recommend these guys again.

Ruined my carpets after literally paying more than double phone estimated. The carpets have been wet for 5 days now and are stinking and stretched. Called 5 times and still no one has come back to see the mess they have left me with.

My shortest review ever: decent price for carpet cleaning, hott guy to clean the carpets, great job of getting my hideous carpets beautifully clean, and hott guy to clean the carpets. the end
