I been goin to Cleo since I moved into Downtown San Diego 4 Yrs a go and will not and have not got my hair cut, faded, lined-​up, and tapered anywhere else since. Much respect for Cleo, Tony and the rest of the Hair Gallery Barbers! Perfect service and a great experience!

So after looking for a place to get my hair cut after countless «military style cuts» that were supposed to be a fade and terrible tapers from white barbers around san diego I stumbled upon Cleo’s.
Tony (the first guy on the left) is the man in there Im a Gringo latino and best cut I’ve had in Cali hands down. I have had him cut me a fade, bald fade, and a taper… gets it right. The other barbers I can’t speak for but I haven’t seen anybody walk out while I have been in there with a bad haircut… they all have good fades!
Tuesday is $ 10 or $ 20 any other time!
Get Tony you won’t be disappointed!

Great spot, best fade in San Diego and they take their time. Larry is a space cadet but he’s real cool and Cleo can work the trimmer like its art. I have been in SD for 10 years and have yet to find a place like Cleo’s.

I personally think this is the best spot in san diego to come get your haircut. people here are mellow and chill. Tuesday is $ 10 haircut day and all the other days are 15 to 20 I think. plus they open till 10pm. life saver!!!
