This company is the biggest joke. I can’t believe electrolux actually has this company as a certified warranty company. They NEVER answer their phone and they don’t even have a personalized message just the generic canned recording. The only good thing is I think I’m going to get a new washer out of it now the even the Electrolux people can’t even get in touch with them. It has been 4 weeks now and still waiting. There were so many problems with this company I’m going to write the nastiest letter to Electrolux(after I get the new washer). Beware at all cost!

Can I just say ditto to all the poor reviews and comments on here. We have experienced the same lack of customer service from this company. We were referred to them for service on a Frigidare Oven by a warranty company. Our contact with them began in November 2009 and it is now August 30, 2010, and we have yet to have the oven repaired. Assessed problem for 5 minutes, ordered a part, took months to get the part in, then told us they had not ordered the part and took another month to get the right part. Then several canceled service calls, another call they came out and then told us…“O it is a wall oven”(Yeah you have been here before people!) «We dont remove wall ovens» because we need two people and the oven has to be removed to replace the part. So you will have to have another company remove the wall oven and then call us back to install the part. AREYOUSERIOUS!

Rather than use this company again, I finally decided to just pay for a new refrigerator. They never got my Frigidaire to work: 1. They didn’t show up on the scheduled day. They did, however, show up exactly a week later(!). 2. They kept my refrigerator for 4 weeks, without fixing it. 3. They installed the wrong parts, then returned the appliance to me. When I plugged it in, it actually smoked! 4. No one who answered the phone could find a record of my status or service request. Their record-keeping must be abysmal. 5. They didn’t return my phone calls. 6. Mysteriously, any part my appliance needed was always back-ordered.

I really cannot warn you enough to not use this company. After my Frigidaire washer/dryer unit was having problems, I received the name of this company from Frigidaire as a certified company to do the repair work. To make a long story short, 4 weeks later it is still not fixed! My «laundry» list of complaints(pun intended… ha): 1. They showed up an hour outside of the three hour window they gave me. 2. They assessed the problem for no more than 5 minutes and then ended up ordering the wrong part. 3. They rarely ever answer the phone when you call. 4. They rarely call when they say they’re going to(this in combination with never answering the phone makes communicating quite difficult). 5. After 3 weeks from the initial assessment the correct part arrived. They were supposed to do the the repair work on a Friday, but the serviceman called to inform me he didn’t have the right tool with him to do the work, but would come the following Monday 6. The second time he was supposed to come(Monday) I never heard from him(after leaving several messages). 7. After rescheduling the repair I learned that the repairman is having«personal problems» and it will be another week at the earliest before he is able to do the repair. I think anyone could sympathize with my story. Please don’t use this business no matter what. I’ve even called Frigidaire to request they no longer use Clark’s as well. I’ve finally called Mastertech Appliance(800−365−7274) to do the certified Frigidaire work. It looks like several other people have had similar experiences with Clark’s as well–
