Best Chicken Sandwiches ever… some may go to the Crack Shack and they are good… but Chicken Rebel’s Classic and Buffalo Sandwiches are even better… avoid the long lines at Crack Shack, find Chicken Rebel and have a the best chicken sandwich!

Was able to experience this place at the ballast point tapping room. Got the honey hot tots and they were fantastic! They had honey and hot sauce and Cajun spicy on the fresh and crispy tots! We also got a classic, buffalo and veggie free range chicken sandwich. The chicken was excellent! I wish I could take this place home to Philly with me!

Mind-​blowingly tasty! I was just minding my own business at the Belching Beaver when someone walked by with a basket of tots and an amazing looking sandwich. I didn’t realize how hungry I was until I saw that. The menu is simple, 3-​styles of chicken sandwiches, (plus a veggie version) and 3-​flavors of tot’s. Once I saw how generous the portion was I almost didn’t get tot’s with the sandwich, but my friend generously offered me help. The chicken is free-​range, a huge plus. They use the beer at whatever brewery they’re at to make their batter, gal that rang me up explained that the chicken is cooked suvee-style…soooo amazingly tender, juicy, crispy and YUM! Chicken Rebel fan for life!

Easily the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. If I could leave an extra star, I would. I’ve caught them at Coronado brewing near Sea World a few times and have tried everything on the menu except for the fancy tots (you’re next), and loved it! You get a good sized piece of chicken with a crispy exterior (that’s never soggy) for your sandwich, or you can get some tater tots covered in some divine concoction of ingredients. I’ll be back for more soon!

Quite possibly the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. A huge chicken breast, a light crisp breaking, and so juicy it’s unreal. I’ve caught them at the Belching Beaver in North Park twice, and now I follow them. I really can’t recommend Chicken Rebel enough.

Easily the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. The chicken itself is so succulent, the bread is fresh and soft, and the additions to the sandwich (slaws and sauces) are the perfect compliment. If you ever get the chance to grab one of these delicacies, do yourself a favor, find an additional stomach or two and order everything on the menu just so you don’t feel left out for not ordering something else.

Amazing amazing! Caught them at Belching Beaver. Amazing beer and chicken. I guess my only complaint is that the chicken rebel cashier seemed over it and wasn’t into the crowd. Other than that I think this is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had.

I can’t wait until Friday and try it again (Imperial Beach Pier Farmers Market).
