This location is awful. Instead of being able to order thru the drive thru speaker you have to give you’re order to a high school kid w an I pad and they can swipe your card there. He swiped my card and I went to the counter only for the rude blonde haired guy to accuse me of not paying!!! Excuse me? He took my payment in the line on his iPad! If I find out its 2 payments of the same amount I’m stopping payment on both! I will not be returning to this location and you’re Corp office will be called! I’m not gonna be accused of stealing food when I clearly paid the first time!!! You need a new system or able to print the chat a receipt instead of making you pay at the front window or here’s a better idea let us the customer go thru the drivethru speaker to avoid this mess!!!

Ok, I love chick-fil-a and normally have a great experience at this location. The staff are always fast, happy and go above and beyond. Today… I didn’t get that same experience. I went to the drive thru and ordered a salad. I asked if it’s pre-made because I wanted it WITHOUT bleu cheese and I was told that she could make it without. So happily, that’s what I ordered! Pulled up to the window, paid, went home and opened it up to find bleu cheese in my salad. I drove back thru the window and the MANAGER– JACKIE was called. I explained what happened and even had the receipt in my hand. She didn’t bother to check the receipt that stated my salad and underneath it had [ «- bleu cheese» meaning MINUSBLEUCHEESE ] to acknowledge it was their fault, apologize and replace the salad. Instead she was snotty about it. I asked for a refund, she snobbishly handed me my money and said have a good day! Eeeh… not one apology. This is a manager? She needs to brush up on her customer service skills.

The cashier here(an older lady) was so so sweet and friendly! Have a great sense of humor and definitely loves her job! ;) I asked for a spicy sandwich(it comes with slices pickles), so to make it a deluxe, you get a piece of Pepper Jack cheese, lettuce and tomatoes and a side of medium fries! She recommended the«Honey roasted BBQ sauce,» and she claimed it was even better than their chick-fil-a sauce! She even suggested how I should eat it with my sandwich!!! She sure makes me feel welcome! ;) Thanks for the great service!!!

Food is always great. But it’s so overpriced. After paying 10 dollars for a meal, I’m still hungry. It’s like two bites. This place is also filthy. Trash cans are over flooded and looks like a great mess. Also the bathroom are disgusting as well. Overall this place is horrible. And they also discriminate as a whole company. Only one star because the food actually tastes well.

My absolute favorite place for a quick breakfast! Chicken minis and a large sweet tea us a great way to start the morning. Tater tips are crispy and golden to perfection. Fun kids play area inside. The Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich is my go to meal during lunch or dinner.

I love Chick Fil-A! I love Chick Fil-A! I love Chick Fil-A! Seriously though this business is the only fast food place I’ve ever really been an advocate for. Not only is there food delicious, their customer service is always outstanding and consistent everywhere you go. Particularly at this specific location. I had literally only 10 minutes to get back to work and I asked the clerk if she could expedite my order. The place was so busy and packed I didn’t think they could fulfill my request. But literally seconds after I was done paying my name was called. I ignored the first 3 attempts when they called out my name because I thought they couldn’t have possibly gotten my order in that fast and maybe there was another Paulina. Nope, it was me! He actually had to directly walk up to me and hand me my food because I was standing there in denial. But anyways, thanks Chick Fil-A for always valuing the customers needs and providing awesome food. Side note: If you happen to start opening on Sundays, I would not be mad at you.

Food isn’t bad, but the few times I have gone I have ended up getting home with a missing or wrong item.

So we just came from Chil Fil A and I’m not sure if their drive thru voice monitors weren’t working they are trying this new system. But they had employees outside taking your order at the drive through and paying right then and then when you drive up all you have to do is get your food and go. I like this new system! Anywho we tried the new Frosted coffee and it was good! Finished it before we even got home! And I got the new Spicy Chicken Salad w/avocado lime ranch dressing and it is deelish! Not your typical fast food salad! Will definitely be getting this salad more often whenever we come here!

Anytime we’ve gone into any Chic-Fil-A, it’s always been the same thing… smiling & friendly staff, spot on orders, delicious hot food(and their frozen lemonade is one of my faves) and quick service. Some places you go, one place will be ok, and another place will be meh, but they deliver across the board, every time, every location we have visited.

Made my first visit to a Chick-fil-A today, and I was so shocked… there was this AMAZINGLYFRIENDLYSERVER. He greeted us when we came in, and was a big ball of sunshine. He made sure we had everything we needed, even after we were seated, I mean — who does that at a fast food chain restaurant? This angel, apparently. Well, I don’t even know his name but whatever, it was great. It was a good meal. We got a free sandwich for completing a survey on the receipt too, I love free food, so yeah.

Thought I would update this review since I come here so often! My friends already know how crazy I am about Chick-fil-A! OBSESSED does not even come close! Pretty much Chick-fil-A will cater my wedding LMAO I am so in love I just wanna drink the chick-fil-a sauce all night. Still exceptional service every single time I go! Andre(doesn’t work there anymore) and Matthew have always been super kind and friendly whenever I visit. Even the newer employees are always so nice and cheerful! There has never been a problem with service nor food! I’m so shocked how awesome the service is for fast food! Thanks a lot guys for always making my trips to Chick-fil-A something to look forward to! LOVEYOUGUYS!

Just heard from a friend that this particular location just fired all there employees without viable reason and brought in another team from LA. I actually knew one of the employees that worked there. So sadly I can’t support this particular location who would do that to people, some that were making min wage to support their children. I’ve heard the quality of food has gone downhill since for such things like undercooked food. Sad…

I’m really excited to see the breakfast promotions every Wednesday in February. Ate breakfast here and was impressed by the gravy to my chicken platter. It had an amazing country sausage flavor and the biscuits were baked just right, not overbaked. Also, on a previous trip I was given a card for a free chicken biscuit or sausage biscuit. Always happy to have breakfast at Chick-fil-A!

Chick-fil-A is much like In-N-Out burger in that the people working there are nice and care about their work. I was kind of surprised to be greeted by the guy sweeping the floor when I came in. «Welcome to Chick-fil-A!» — he said. He looked like he might have had a hangover since it was New Years day… but I appreciated that little bit of effort. I was also impressed with the cashier Gabrielle who took my order. She complimented me on the wise choice of ordering the grilled club. She wanted to know if I wanted sauce for the sandwich. I’m not crazy about chicken sandwiches because chicken is pretty tasteless so I said, «Ah… yeah I guess… what kind do you have?» Gabrielle smiled at me as if I had just asked her to the prom and said, «You want the honey chipotle sauce! It’s the best!» I said, «Yeah, okay…» and she handed me the receipt and a little plastic sealed pouch of the sauce. Then she wanted to know my name, so I told her and went off to sit down and reflect on the possibilities on how my food would arrive. Would they shout out my name? Would I have to do the walk of shame to get my food? I watched the guy sweeping the floor and the workers hustling food orders out to the customers. Any time someone would walk in, the worker closest to the door would say, «Welcome to Chick-fil-A!» I mused that they could put a device on the entrance door like a robot that would said«Welcome to Chick-fil-A!» each time the door opened. That was my cynical self talking though. A good looking, tall, lean Asian guy wearing black rimmed glasses and a big smile brought out my «to go» bag and said, «Are you Steve?» I wanted to say, «Are you an engineering student at MIT?» — because he looked very intelligent — but I thought I might get my sandwich as quick so I said, «Yes I am!» I was enjoyed being in the Chick-fil-A dining room. I wondered why. I planned to go out and eat in my truck. I looked around. The spacing of the tables was good, the colors were comfortable and the place was clean. Most of all was that all the workers were happy and supportive. So, I stayed where I was and ate my sandwich. Someone forgot to put a napkin in my bag and I got the secret sauce on my hands. The manager was taking an order out and paused as he passed the floor sweeper to pat him on the shoulder and say something encouraging. I thought, «Wow! That’s how to run a business». It isn’t necessarily about the wage, the work or the uniform but on being appreciated and valued. I was just a consumer, but I enjoyed being at this place because I could see the people were working together as a team. Why not 5 stars? I really don’t like chicken sandwiches — and I had a hell of a time opening that little packet of sauce. I had to rip it open animal style with my teeth. I’m glad I did. It improved the sandwich significantly. The chicken was a bit salty for my liking. I didn’t care much for the bun either. It was kind of dry. I would favor the In-N-Out burger because of the soft spongy bun, the grease in the burger and the cheese. How to improve the Chick-fil-A sandwich you ask? Make the chicken a bit more moist, add more charbroil flavor, loose the jack cheese and get some cheddar, don’t make me put the sauce on myself and find a better bun… otherwise, it was terrific! :-)

Chicken Sandwich — Mm, classic! The bun is nice & buttery. The chicken is huge, crispy, & taste like real chicken unlike some of the chicken sandwiches from other fast food chains. Waffle Potato Fries — Yum & crispy! Cookies & Cream Milkshake — One of my favorites because you can taste that they use real milk! Chocolate Chunk Cookie — Ask for a fresh one or it to be served warm because the chocolate chunks just melt in your mouth, mm!

The idea of dipping a juicy Chick-Fil-A Strip in Polynesian sauce crosses your mind. You make the decision to go get Chick-Fil-A for lunch then you realize… it’s Sunday. This common problem has happened to me way too many times. You crave what you can’t have. Luckily it’s open 6 other days of the week: D For breakfast, get the chick-n-minis and hash browns. Add a vanilla iced coffee to it if you like coffee. If you really want a true filling breakfast, get the chicken, egg, and cheese on a Sunflower Multigrain Bagel. I cannot forget to mention all the sauces(Polynesian, Chick-fil-A, Honey Mustard, etc.) are available to enhance your breakfast experience. Breakfast ends at 10:30am. For any other time, if I want a sandwich I’ll get the spicy chicken sandwich without pickles, and add American cheese and bacon. I also like to get chicken nuggets or chicken strips. Can’t forget the Chick-Fil-A and Polynesian sauce. Oh and waffle fries well done, please. The milkshakes are also great. Strawberry, Vanilla, Cookies and Cream or Peach when they have it. For a special treat, try the yogurt parfait with cookie crumbs(Oreo crumbs) probably the most low-key underrated item on their item. I definitely prefer Chick-Fil-A over the other fast food restaurants located on that busy Mira Mesa block. Their drive thru has two ordering lanes to help speed up the lines. They also have wi-fi at this location, I have dined in before and did business work. Place is clean with a play area for kids, staff is friendly.

Delicious shakes, tasty chicken nuggets, awesome dipping sauces and clean restrooms. What’s not to love other than the fact that they’re closed on Sunday? It’s cool though because family made meals on Sunday are actually really nice.

Real good chicken sandwiches and super friendly customer service are things that come to mind when I think of Chick-Fil-A. It’s fast food with a restaurant feel. They are open everyday but Sundays. Which is cool. I wish more businesses practiced a «day of rest» instead of corporate greed. Some other nice touches are flowers on the tables, a mint in your«to-go» meal and my favorite– Polynesian sauce. Where have you been all my life? A chicken sandwich and that sauce go hand in hand. Love that Polynesian sauce. Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat lunch especially when I am pressed for time.

I love Chic-fil-a in general and I have been to this location several times. Every time I’ve been here everyone has been very friendly. If you come during lunch the drive thru can get busy but they always thank me for being patient and diligently keep the line moving pretty quickly. Whenever I leave they always thank me for coming. Great food and customer service!

Here with a friend, during our lunch break. Little bit of a line in the drive-thru but seems to be moving fast. There are double screens to order from — which is great. I’m not a chicken-eater, but my friend is and loves their chicken nuggets. I’m a fan of their waffle crisp-cut fries but do wish they would’ve added more to the order. The drive-thru is seriously fast. I’m definitely impressed about 6 cars down in 3 minutes or less. The customer service is nice too. Cheery.
