Very nice staff. Chicken burrito special. Good salsa, made fresh, big burrito, little lite on seasons. Would eat here again.

Went in for the shrimp special which was sold out, but instead had an awesome salmon sandwich! Friendly people, and nice sandwich shop! If you’re in the area, definitely stop in and try them out. I will be back for more!

Was recommend to stop by and try the coffee and food. Man, I’m glad we stopped by today! Awesome family own coffee place. Loved our Chicken Artichoke sandwich and Chicken Club. Great customer service! «I’ll be Back!» Memo approved!

This café is convenient for those of us that work downtown — and friendly and the food is pretty good and fresh. However, they are so slow. It seems that they make each order as it comes in, so if you order a small salad and someone in front of you ordered a large hot meal, you are going to be waiting for a while. If there’s a line, forget it. I hope they can tighten up their line staffs’ priorities as I think the place has a lot of potential.

They serve Café Motto brand coffee. Their pastries are great, but this is a business-hours café, so do not expect to open in the evening. What makes the café so wonderful is the Brazilian atmosphere due to a language school next door. They have Brazilian specialties for lunch, and they are great as well. Be warned that it can get crowded: how about if they can relocate two doors down since it is twice the size!!!

WOW, what a discovery. its so easy to miss this place as a standard business district sandwich shop, but this joint keeps impressing me. i first got lured in by a window display proclaiming that they have acai on offer(rare for downtown!) and i found the quality to be pretty good and a good price. next i noticed some of their wide selection of sandwiches have some fairly creative combos, and ordered a chicken artichoke sandwich with feta(could go either way right?). well the execution was fantastic and my mouth is actually watering as i type… the bread was a nice home-style sour dough toasted and moderately buttered to perfection. inside is a warm, gooey flavor playground of the above mentioned ingredients. everything was chopped up into the right size chunks so you get a nice mixed mouthful with texture, neither left gnawing off a hunk of chicken, nor tonguing through a soft spread. oh, and its a big sandwich, the second half can easily serve as your mid-afternoon tide-me-over and spoil your appetite for dinner. it took me awhile to order any other sandwich bc the chicken artichoke is so good but when i ventured out to the salmon sandwich, i was pleasantly surprised. inside: a nicely done and well portioned salmon filet with a well matched saucy lubricant to help it down along with some fresh and tasty green leaves(arugula?). and where else can you get that for like7 bucks? for those of you in the«brasil» club, or affiliated, you can get heart brazilian«prato feito» dishes with rice, beans and a home-sick soothing main like chicken milanesa or feijoada for a modest 8 bucks… and this offering atracts a huge flock of brazilian exchange students during the lunch hour from the various english schools nearby, some of whom are quite easy on the eyes. Although they usually keep to themselves, they are all friendly and anxious to meet locals and practice their english.

I used to purchase a breakfast burrito and coffee from them every morning, until they started charging for their salsa. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer with them. Lucy’s Taco shop down the street will give you all the hot sauce you need when you order with them. In fact, they encourage you to take more. This is the kind of proactive business that doesn’t penny pinch and will yields great customer loyalty.
