We just had a room re-​decorated which included brand new carpeting which made the rest of the «old» carpet in the house look, well, pretty «old» and dingy. What to do?! We called Carpet Clean — Mills Technique and Joe came out right away. He removed the stains and the «dinginess» and now our whole house looks like it has new carpet. We were very happy with the results. We were also actually able to walk on the carpet with socks right away without our socks getting wet. Soon after cleaning, I also did the important test of all tests. I smelled my carpet! No musty, dirty smell. It was clean! Thank you for a job well done.

Joe came last week to tackle some pretty ugly carpet stains and do some deep grout cleaning. My Mom had passed away and because she was arthritically feeble, the carpet was heavily stained. The carpet looks almost new and has given us much needed life out of a high quality carpet. Loved the «dry» technique that didn’t saturate the carpet and bring up pad stains below. Also, Joe took his time to do it right. Thank you.

I’ve been using Joe and this cleaning method for several years and have never been disappointed. My carpet is very light and no matter how dirty some of the traffic areas, including stairs may seem, everything looks great after cleaning. Also like the fact that it drys quickly and would recommend using this cleaning method.
