I’m a real estate broker and have referred my buyer clients to Kim several times because she consistently provides top-​notch service. She’s an expert. She knows all the different types of loan options and rules for getting approved, and really listens and helps my clients figure out what the best loan option is for them. I trust her completely to look out for my clients’ best interests and get them the best possible rate. She’s quick to respond to my clients’ questions, which is really important to them (and me), quick with an approval letter when it’s time to make an offer, and on top of all that, her and Rob are just the greatest, friendliest people you could ever meet. It’s an all around great experience working with these two and I do recommend them all the time to anyone looking for a great lender for a purchase or refinance!

I’ve known Rob and Kim now for almost 5 years and I have to say that they are truly in a class by themselves. They give a level of service that companies like Nordstrom and Four Seasons hotels would be proud of. On top of it all, they have a deep level of knowledge and experience that gives me a sense of trust when speaking to them about my needs. They have figured out a way to make getting a loan painless… who would have thought THAT possible? Anyway… highly recommend and they are great to work with.

Um, is there a button for six stars on this thing?! We had been looking to buy a home for a couple of years now and Kim was always there, ready to answer questions and prepare a pre-​qual letter within 10 – 20 minutes of needing one. When we finally got an offer accepted, Kim and her team immediately jumped right in and managed to pull off getting the loan approved and funded well ahead of when escrow was scheduled to close. They were super fast to answer any questions I had and in language simple enough for me to understand. Everyone there is so likeable — it’s like chatting with an old friend on the phone. I never felt like my questions were stupid ones (when I’m sure some of them were).
During the escrow, one of our family members urged us to go with a different lender (whom we didn’t know) just because they (maybe) could offer us a very slightly lower rate. It wasn’t a hard decision for us, but we stuck with Kim and, in the end, locked in an AMAZING rate and got stellar customer service on top of it. These guys rock. If anyone ever tries to get me to go with another lender again, I might just have to break out the nunchucks…

Pre-​qual letter in 30 minutes… check! Appraisal a few days later… no sweat! Returning my phone calls lickety splits… no shit! Smells a lot like a ROCK STAR lending team!!! I’ve been working with Kim, of the Carlson Lending Team, for the past 5 years. We have done three deals together, a refi, and are currently in escrow on another place. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism of this group. I would never do a deal with another lender, ever, period, exclamation point, tilde, back slash!!! In fact, on my most recent purchase, I was quoted a ¼ pt lower rate and a cash kick back at closing from Wells Fargo and still chose to go with Kim because she has always come through in the past and the peace of mind was so very worth it to me.
