Just purchased a custom Bull BBQ island. Customer service was great for this novice. The quality and craftsmanship of the Bull products is impressive. It rivals the Viking range in my kitchen.

I recently puchased a spa from Carddine, I have never had such fantastic customer service!!! from start to finish! Nichole was my sales person who guided me seemlessly through my huge purchase and gave me an incredible deal so I was able to afford my payments. They also picked up my spa, cleaned everything up and gave me a week to prep my concrete for the new spa,(thats unherd of!) Upon delivery I realized I made huge mistake and chose the wrong color!!! very disapointing but totally my erra. The delivery guys, Fili, Thomas, and Salud, graciously wrapped it up and took it back to the ware house, thanks to the wonderfull manager that okyed it(Julian) I couldn’t be happier! Michele M.

We bought a floor model BBQ island from these guys and couldn’t be happier. Nicole, the sales women was not pushy and was constantly available to answer our questions via phone or text. Then, the delivery guys were great! I want to say the main guy was fili? He was super helpful and patient with us as it was difficult to fit the island into our backyard. He even sent a part in the mail that he noticed was missing. We are really pleased with the service, the price and the product… Seriously!

Bough a spa here recently and found them to be very helpful. If you go in here, ask for Carmelo as he is extremely knowledgable, is not pushy and took the time to figure out what suited our needs. The follow up service was great too. After they delivered the spa, they came out again to give an orientation on how to best operate it etc. They even gave it a quick tune-up where all the jets were checked, adjusted and even the filters rinsed out despite the spa only having been in place for a week. Just be fully aware of the warranty offered. It shows very long warrenties on everthing, but when you read the fine print, the warranty covers less and less each year — the parts etc are still covered, but only partially. So after 5 years, they will only pay for 10% of the cost of a part, whereas it was fully covered within the first year. I was a little disappointed to be ‘caught out’ by the clever use of words. This is why I’m not giving 5 stars, but overall, a good buyng experience.
