C & C Smile Solutions

I should have written a review a while ago but here it is. The last couple years myself & family have been members of C&C Smile Solutions. I say members just like I would family members because that is exactly how we are treated — like family. I’m 58 years old & can say with pleasure that Dr Chan is by far the best dentist I have ever had in my life. Extremely talented dentist regardless of service provided. He is a true and honest professional. The best. A few months ago we had a dental emergency & Dr Chan was there to handle it with the best care possible. I’m a retired Marine & have not seen better dental care anywhere. The last dental place we were going to was terrible (will not mention any names) so, when we tried C&C Smile Solutions, we knew we found our dental home. Of course I need to mention Hazel. She as office manager is great as well. She personally covers all aspects of paperwork that is well understood. All I can say is we love C&C Smile Solutions. They are completely different from everyone else. I actually look forward to my next visits :)

I haven’t had dental insurance for over 10 years and I called 1−800-Dentist to get a quick reference for a check up and a cleaning. C & C had an appointment at their Escondido office that same day and I went with intentions of not using them as a serious provider as I was only looking for some quick attention and then do some research to find someone else… I was wrong.
After that appointment, this is the only place that I have let touch my teeth.
Hazel (who does the billing, scheduling and treatment plans) is such a sweet person who genuinely cares about her patients. She will do everything she can to make sure that you are taken care of — no matter what it pertains to.
Dr. Chan is the main dentist and he has gone above and beyond for me as well. I had a dental emergency and they were going to drive all the way down from the Mira Mar office to take care of me in Escondido — AFTER HOURS.
Dr. Linda is the person who does the teeth cleaning and she is hilarious. I love the way she talks to me and calms me down (I hate the dentist).
Becca is the dental assistant and she is super sweet as well. She always does everything she can to make me feel comfortable :)
If you are looking for a dentist that is going to take care of you, be honest, go above and beyond and overall one that you can trust — this is the place to go.

I am the type of patient who hates everything about the dentist and have obnoxiously called them with a million problems and they always, always, always take care of me.
