Brazilian Crepes

So, this Paul character, and his wife Rebecca own this little farmer’s market type of stand. All they serve are Brazilian crepes on a stick. Paul’s Uncle owns The Auto Scrubber car wash and he lefts them set up shop there on Saturday mornings.
Truly awesome when you’re waiting for your car to be washed. They are fast, yummy and priced just right.
He has sweet one and can fill them with all sorts of sweetie treats sucks as M&Ms, white chocolate, marshmallow, caramel, etc. Or, my favorite, savory treats. Those he can fill with chicken, ham, jalapenos, and variety of cheese. He has various dipping sauces, if you’re into that kind of thing.
These are crepes made in a waffle iron type of device, with a stick inside to be used as a handle. No oil or butter added. Totally non-​stick and piping hot. Once you’ve ordered and eaten your snack. your car is ready. Poof!
I hope these guys get huge and open up their own lil shop. I can’t wait to see what concoctions they’d come up with! Treat yourself, while you treat your car!
