I cannot even begin to voice how wonderful Payal has been in choreographing a musical ensemble dedicated to my friend at her milestone birthday party. Her troop is fabulous. They arrived at the party venue on time with a performance that made the birthday girl feel extra special. After an apt ode to the birthday princess through perfectly chosen Bollywood numbers, they started engaging the other invitees on the dance floor till they put the party on fire !!!
Payal is very attentive to your needs, listens carefully and delivers exactly what you need. I have seen them perform at two other parties (including a wedding) and they just take the party to a whole different level. Thank you Payal and Bollywood Steps for making our parties and major life events even more colorful and memorable.

Payal is very nice to talk to, and she makes you feel very comfortable. I found her through online search and she took time out of her busy schedule to accommodate the tight timelines that i had provided her for a dance that i wanted to learn. I’d definitely join her regular classes in the near future.

Payal is an amazing dance teacher and my son, Lucas has loved learning from her for the last month and half. Their prices are COMPLETELY reasonable and not only is she a great dance teacher, and I’m looking forward to the kids dance show they are putting together this month. This is going to be Lucas’s 1st time on stage. There are plenty of classes and times to choose from and their focus is much more on dancing than spending a fortune on costumes. Thank you Payal for being an awesome teacher! My son loves coming to dance class every week!

Bollywood steps came to perform at a campus event at CSUSM during International Education Week. The dancers were lovely and brought so much energy and joy to the event. They performed many beautiful dances and also got the audience involved and dancing with them towards the end. The audience loved them and had a lot of fun. It was a great way to close our event.

I started this class after a friends recommendation, and it was a great one. We drive all the way from Encinitas and am glad we go to her. My daughter, who is 5, loves the class and they make it a fun one. Payal is very to easy to work with and is very flexible to work with. Ishani is a great dance teacher and very fun :)

Found Payal through an online search, and messaged her to see if she had a class for 5 year olds. There wasn’t a class available, but she quickly took the initiative in creating another class at a time and day that worked for us all.
My daughter loves her class, and Ishani is the perfect teacher for this age group. She just had her first performance, and after eight classes these girls wowed us all! Thank you Payal and Ishani for making this a wonderful experience for my daughter.

Decided to take the dance class (6 weeks back) and i never had a more intense and fun in my life! Look forward to dance class each week. As a beginner, didn’t feel intimidated.
Bollywood Steps is a great dance class! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn Bollywood-​style dance or for people who want to get a good workout while having fun.
Payal and Ishani are fearless and will keep you on your toes very high energetic instructor who makes the class fun and really takes care to make sure newcomers are comfortable.
I would easily go back.

Such a pleasure dancing with Bollywood Steps and Payal! It is such a fun group to be with. I tried one class and I was hooked! Fun people, great music, good variety of dance styles and themed music. If you are interested in Bollywood dancing. you gotta come to Bollywood steps first!

I joined a few months ago at a friends recommendation: started with my 4y old daughter enrolling and i caught the dancing bug so i joined moms group: SO MUCH FUN. Payal and Ishaani are great teachers with beautiful choreography skills and there is no stress… these very nice ladies make all of us feel like dancing divas and my daughter is having a blast! It has been wonderful experience since I joined the classes here. Both teachers Payal and Ishani are very good dancers as well as nice, polite and encouraging. I am experiencing exactly what I was looking for «learning with lots of fun». I wish I had found them few years before but it is never too late. They are the best in San Diego!!!

What a great company to work with! I had a last minute company drop out on a corporate event that I had planned for over 5 months. I was able to get in touch with Payal and she saved the event! We arranged to have Payal come to our competitive gymnastics studio and work with our gymnasts in an effort to improve their nerves surrounding performing floor routines. It. Was. Awesome. Payal worked with a group of 30+ competitive gymnasts, from ages 7 to 17 and never even flinched as more and more girls joined the group, drawn in by the laughter and excitement of the girls learning to dance. In a 45 minute period, Payal warmed up, stretched and taught the girls a dance set to a popular Bollywood song — and the girls actually LEARNED the dance! This is saying a lot about Payal’s teaching — our girls are gymnasts, NOT dancers, but Payal taught in a way that easy for a child of any age to learn.
The girls loved the experience so much that the gym was filled with energy the entire night. They have begged to have Payal come back and teach them a new dance soon!
Thank you, Payal, for a wonderful experience. We will definitely do it again soon!

Payal and Bollywood Steps created the perfect ambiance for my 65th Birthday Party! I had chosen an Indian theme because this Norwegian gal loves their culture, food and wisdom! All of my guests embraced the requested attire, too. Payal had arranged for 2 dancers to arrive and lead us in some classic Bollywood dance steps and Priya and Emily were darling and delightful! It was such fun and enhanced my evening!

Payal is an awesome teacher and knows exemplary techniques of Bollywood dancing. I love how much fun her classes are. Bollywood steps is a great way to get exposure to this dance form and do some performances. Payal also gave me individual assistance because I was struggling to catch up. So, even if you are a beginner, you wont be left out. If I HAD to give a suggestion, then I would just say, open more locations!
