Kim is the best! Personable, professional, intelligent and most of all knowledgeable of San Diego real estate. I first met Kim in 2003 when she help me purchase my first home. She also helped me sell that home in 2005. In 2007 we called on Kim to help us search for our dream house. Kim stuck by us for nearly 18 months when we finally found the home that met our needs. So with that I must also add «patience» to the list that describes Kim and Green Box Homes!
She kept us up-​to-​date on all active listings and during the negotiating stages was very active to ensure we got the best deal possible. After the sale she has kept in contact with us through e-​mail, providing updates on real estate activities in the neighborhood.
