WOW! What a great customer service!!! I contacted this company in a last minute panic, so many other companies had told me they couldn’t help me. Bella’s Carnival worked with me to find out my needs, verified they had those items available and came up with a delivery schedule with zero problems! Their staff was very well organized, returned phone calls and emails, and even surprised me with a few bonus decorations for free. They showed up on time for both dropoff and pickup and were in communications with me the entire time to keep me posted on their arrival times. It was such a positive experience and I will definitely contact them again for my next party! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
