Customer service is horrible! They promise flexibility but it is the last thing you’ll ever see. Kristi is the San Diego contact and she will treat you as replaceable. When I requested the Corporate Office phone number, she refused to give it to me stating that she was my corporate contact. I had to Google it. The corporate office in Washington was able to resolve my issue within 30 minutes — at least half the time i spent having the San Diego Office tell me «sorry, there is nothing we can do.» I would highly suggest working directly with the Corporate Office in Washington or looking for another company to handle your payroll. The Washington Office addresses issues rather than excusing them with no resolution.
