The drinks are ok. The ambiance outside with the fireplace effect is nice on a cool night. Overall, it’s convenient with it being in the hotel and it works.

Had a crappy dinner here my last night of the hotel. How can you go wrong with a chicken quesadilla, right? The tortilla was nice and crispy, but that’s the only good thing I have to say. The chicken was so bland. SO BLAND. And it just had a tiny bit of cheddar. The menu made it sound really good, with cotija cheese and everything. Came with a side of sour cream, salsa, and guac. Nothing special at all. Wait staff was inattentive and slow as well. Shouldn’t have taken 20+ mins for a quesadilla, with hardly any other customers, and my waiter was MIA after finally bringing my food. Wouldn’t eat here again.

Typical expensive hotel breakfast but crap quality. You’d think it would be hard to screw up oatmeal but they did as it was cold and mushy. Coffee gets cold since they leave in thin open caraffe. Service is horrible to top it off. SPG going downhill these days overall as hotel is dirty as well.

BTL is a solid bar hangout located within the Sheraton Hotel. We ended up here several times (we being conference attendees) across several days. It’s a fun place to chill… bar area is open and the bartenders are super friendly and cool. Price are on the high side, but that’s hotel bars for you.
Not a bad place to new up after a long day at a conference.

We had a large party and they couldn’t accommodate. Food took forever to come out, we never saw our server, and in general we felt the staff was incompetent.

Discovery Bay, CA
We were staying here after the Raiders lost to the Chargers such a sad day. He decided to pop in for a drink and a late night snack James was our server he was so friendly. We had a amazing table outside by the fire and waterfall could be one of the nicest tables I’ve sat at in years. Good food too
