Good attitude, and great service. There was a mishap and they went above and beyond to fix it.

I work right down the street and had previously used this cleaners and it was Ok. However since the ownership and management change, I am truly blown away by the friendliness and attention to detail. My shirts and slacks have never looked better. This is now the only dry cleaner for me.

This place just recently changed ownership I think. I have been coming here weekly for three years and have had great service every time. My Dress shirts and suits are professionally cleaned and pressed and feel fresh every time I put them on. Normally I would be nervous when a business I appreciate goes through an ownership change. I took my stack of shirts and suits in for my maiden voyage a couple of weeks ago and I have found dry cleaning Nirvana.
Since the service has always been good I was hoping for continued quality with the new ownership. The new staff and quality is even better than before. Nice clothes deserve to be handled with care and I enjoy receiving great service as well. My shirts are pressed even crisper than before and the suits are flawlessly serviced. My service is prompt and the promise times are always met.
I use the text system which allows me to be notified when the clothes are done. It’s been an awesome transition in every facet of my experience there. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly service and top quality cleaning. It appears that they now do alterations as well which I haven’t tried yet but will check out in the future.

I tried many dry cleaners and never really found one I liked that’s why I keep going back here. fair price and fast service I cant ask for anything else. also had some shirts that had some stain issues luckily he was able to get them out and looked brand new. very nice man who owns the place and enjoy giving him my business.

If you are looking for a dry cleaner, this is the spot! I have nothing but nice things to say about this business and the man who runs it I have been coming here for over a year now and would not do business anywhere else.
My clothes are always ready in a timely manner, and can say with 100% confidence that nobody can clean a white shirt as well as he can – they always look brand new.
On top of the great quality of work, the service is top notch. Very friendly guy who goes above and beyond for his customers.
***One time the owner was not satisfied with how well he was able to remove a stain from my white shirt, so he bought me a completely new identical shirt (with cuffs monogrammed and everything)

This guy is the best damn dry cleaner in the entire COUNTRY! I’ve brought him some of the dirtiest/​stained white shirts and he some how makes them look brand new every single time. I don’t know how he does it, but my shirts always look absolutely perfect. I’d give him 100 stars if I could. I strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dry cleaner in San Diego. I will never bring my clothes anywhere else!

This guy is amazing!!! I pretty much only wear white dress shirts and I typically throw them out when they start getting stains around the collar and so forth. I brought a batch to this guy and when I picked them up I was simply shocked. They all look new again. I guess I won’t be throwing out any more, I wish I knew about this place years ago.

I have used this cleaner twice and had two bad experiences. The first one was shortly after the had a new owner and I needed some pants hemmed. I was told they would be ready Friday and when I came in Friday they said it wouldn’t be until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week because of when I dropped them off. A few months later I gave them another shot and this time I asked if they would call when my suit was back because I needed it by a certain day, well within when they said it would be ready. No call. No suit. No more of my business which is not ideal for me since I work very close. I won’t ever use them again.

Hey, cleaners near work! Great, right? Well not so fast… it indeed was pretty nice having cleaners near work when I needed them but the times, they are a changin’. When I first started patronizing these cleaners they would merit a solid 4 star rating. Clothes would be cleaned nicely, pressed and most importantly, on time (or even ahead of time). I stopped in recently and noticed the ownership must have changed because the great customer service I was accustomed to just took a nosedive; a steep nosedive. The proprietor these days seems more interested in chatting up the customers than providing actual service. I dropped in recently one morning with a couple pairs of slacks, some shirts and other things; five items total. When asked when I’d like them back, the elderly gentleman replied, «Sure, we can do that.» When I returned on the agreed upon day, my clothes weren’t ready and was informed they were in the back somewhere and hadn’t been sorted. No apology for not having my clothes ready on time he just acted as if it was «business as usual.» He asked me to return after the weekend but when I informed him that would be unacceptable and I needed my clothes before then he said I could return on Saturday. I did, and he tried a little humor but again no apology and no concern that they didn’t deliver when promised. The clothes were finished but the level of quality I had come to expect from those cleaners took a nosedive along with their customer service. I’m still unsure if they did anything except maybe a quick press. When you bring clothes here to be cleaned, you have to remember, you are on their schedule and they will be finished when it is convenient for them, NOT when it was promised to the customer. Suffice to say, I won’t be returning here. I’ll stick to the cleaners closer to home.

Not a good first impression. Thought we’d try here because it’s close. They said my clothes would be ready Tuesday. when my husband went on Wednesday they «couldn’t find my clothes». They said they would call when they found them. No one called. I finally went in on Saturday. They had my clothes… nobody apologized, nobody offered me a discount, nope nothing. The clothes seem fine. I’m just glad I didn’t need them the day they were supposed to be ready. We will probably go back to our old cleaners even though it’s a bit further.

I’ve been going to these Cleaners since around ¹²⁄₂₀₀₉ and they were okay. Recently their management changed and since then their service skyrocketed! Everything is done fast, they are super friendly and remember every tiny thing I ask for (and I am super picky! :-)). The owner even remembered not to secure my skirts on the hangers with safety pins as they make holes in the fabric (I always cut off the hanger things inside the skirts). So all of my skirts are now nicely folded on the hanger. I am very happy! And the location is definitely convenient. There is a redbox right next to it now, too!

Great service, incredibly friendly and very knowledgable. Shirts came back quickly, well pressed, and in perfect condition for a good price. Also, a super convenient location.
